General notes

We are located in the central region of Praia do Patacho, exactly 120 km from Maceió Airport and 190 km from Recife Airport. The road on both routes is good. Coming from Recife, you can use the road or take the ferry that crosses Japaratinga. The ferry is very safe, the crossing is done on a calm river and the distance is only 500m. Ferry availability must be checked online (be careful with the timetable). To get around here, we recommend renting a car, as there are so many incredible beaches within a 20 km radius. But you have the option of using taxis, motorcycle taxis and drivers in the region.

The last 2 km to the condominium are on a dirt road with limited lighting at night. During rainy days, puddles may form, making it difficult for low cars to pass – we recommend a high car or SUV.

Estamos localizados na parte central da Praia de Tatuamunha, a exatos 120 km do Aeroporto de Maceió e a 190 km do Aeroporto de Recife. A estrada em ambos os trajetos é boa. Vindo de Recife, você pode utilizar o trecho apenas com estrada ou cortar caminho utilizando a balsa que atravessa Japaratinga. A balsa é bem segura, a travessia é sobre um rio calmo e a distância é de apenas 500m. A disponibilidade da balsa deve ser verificada online. Para se deslocar aqui, recomendamos o aluguel de carro, já que há tantas praias incríveis num raio de 20 km. Mas você tem a opção de usar táxi, mototáxi e motoristas da região.

House and Condominium Rules:

Linen Rules: Please take special care when using the linens, avoiding improper use that may cause stains. Note that stains (such as makeup) or damage will result in a fine of R$100 per item. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Smoking is prohibited in indoor areas (there is a smoke detector in the apartment).

To use the barbecue, please read the manual first to avoid misuse or accidents. After use, please clean it.

Do not throw paper in the toilets; please use the bathroom bins provided.

Absolute silence after 11:00 PM.

Hanging clothes or towels on balconies/windows is not allowed.

If garbage accumulates, place it outside for collection by 9:00 AM or dispose of it in the condominium bins.

Glass utensils are not permitted on balconies/pool areas; no food or drinks are allowed inside the pool.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in fines ranging from R$200 to R$1,500.

Check-out Time:

Our standard check-out time is 11:00 AM. However, you may request a late check-out, subject to availability.

Check-out Instructions:

Before leaving, turn off all lights, air conditioners, and TVs.

Leave the unit in an acceptable state of cleanliness. Return any furniture to its original position. Please report if anything has been damaged or broken during your stay, as an inspection will be carried out upon departure.

Dispose of garbage in the bin near the main gate.

Upon departure, leave the keys at the reception and inform them of the unit number.
