1. Maceió Airport (Zumbi dos Palmares): Approximately 130 km to Vila Naluri, which takes approximately 1h40 to 2h by car via AL-101 Norte.

2. Recife Airport (Guararapes): Approximately 130 km to Vila Naluri, with a journey that takes between 2h and 2h30 by car. The route is via BR-101 South to Cabo de Santo Agostinho, then PE-60 to São José da Coroa Grande, and finally AL-101 North to Japaratinga.

# Arrival at Villa Naluri from Maceió Car Option:

- To get to Villa Naluri, take AL-101 North. The road is well signposted.

Ferry Option:

- If you prefer to take the ferry, there is a crossing available between Porto de Pedras and Japaratinga. It's a unique experience, especially if you have a car. The ferry can carry up to 4 vehicles at a time and is very safe. To avoid unforeseen events, it is recommended to check ferry times and availability, especially on holidays or weekends, when there may be greater demand.

Linen Rules: Please take special care when using the linens, avoiding improper use that may cause stains. Note that stains (such as makeup) or damages will result in a fine of R$100 per item.

No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is prohibited inside the unit. There is a smoke detector in the apartment to ensure everyone’s safety.

Do Not Flush Paper in Toilets: Please use the bins provided in the bathrooms.

Quiet Hours After 11:00 PM: Respect the condominium’s quiet hours, which are from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

No Hanging Clothes/Towels on Balconies or Windows: Please use the indoor clothesline or another suitable space to dry clothes.

No Glass Utensils in the Balcony/Pool Area: Food and drinks are not allowed in the pool.

No Loud Personal Speakers in the Pool Area: To maintain a peaceful environment, loud music is not permitted in common areas.

Prohibitions in the Condominium:

Do not behave in a way that could harm the value or well-being of the condominium.

Do not place objects in common areas such as entrances, hallways, or parking spaces.

It is not allowed to store dangerous or flammable substances inside units or in common areas.

Waste must always be disposed of in the designated bins. Do not throw trash outside proper disposal areas.

Use of Common Areas:

Gourmet Space: Not allowed for parties or events. Use must be respectful, without disturbing other residents, especially after 10:00 PM.

Pool: Use is limited to residents and guests, with a maximum of 6 people per unit. Glass items and similar utensils are prohibited in the pool area. Pool hours are from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Gym: Proper attire is required. Please return equipment after use. Food and drinks are not allowed in the gym.

Conscious Use of Energy: Please turn off all appliances and lights before leaving to preserve resources and avoid waste.

Check-out Time: Our standard check-out time is 11:00 AM. However, you may request a late check-out, subject to availability.

Check-out Instructions:

Before leaving, turn off all lights, air conditioners, and TVs.

Leave the unit in an acceptable state of cleanliness. Return any moved furniture to its original position. Report any damage or broken items during your stay, as an inspection will be carried out upon departure.

Dispose of garbage in the bin near the main gate.

Upon departure, leave the keys at the reception and inform them of the unit number.
