1. Operating Hours
Gym: Free access, 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Pool & Hot Tub: Free access, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Spa (Hot Tub & Saunas): Paid access with prior reservation, 9:00 AM – 5:40 PM
Game Room: Free access, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Kids’ Playroom: Free access, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
2. Coexistence & Behavior
Quiet Hours: Please respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Outside these hours, keep noise to a moderate level (max. 70 decibels).
Use of the Unit: Residential use only. Commercial activities, parties, illicit activities, or improper behavior are strictly prohibited.
Common Areas:
Alcohol consumption is not allowed in non-designated areas (e.g., gym, playroom, spa, hallways).
No smoking, except in designated areas at the rooftop restaurant.
Avoid disturbing other guests, vandalism, or aggressive behavior.
Elevators:
Use the service elevator for luggage, bulky items, and pets.
The social elevator is not allowed for transporting large volumes, groceries, trash, or for people in swimwear/shirts off.
Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
3. Parking & Access
Parking: One rotating parking spot per unit.
Access: Only registered guests are allowed. All visitors must check in at the reception — entry through the garage is not permitted.
4. Facilities Use
a. Pool & Hot Tub
Glass, oils/sunscreen, boards, floats, and toys are not allowed.
Proper swimwear and shower required before entering.
No topless bathing, smoking, wet access to indoor areas, or pets.
Children under 16 must be accompanied.
Food and drinks are only allowed in the outdoor puff seating area.
b. Spa (Hot Tub & Saunas)
Access requires prior reservation and an additional fee.
No food or drinks allowed (except water).
Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
c. Gym
Proper attire and towel required.
No smoking, alcohol, or food allowed.
d. Game Room
No minors under 14 unaccompanied.
No smoking, food/drinks, gambling, or animals.
e. Kids’ Playroom
Children must always be supervised by an adult.
Dangerous play, food, and drinks are not allowed.
5. Safety & Cleanliness
a. Trash
Dispose of trash in plastic bags in the collection areas on each floor (near the service elevator).
Do not leave trash in hallways, staircases, or common areas.
b. Deliveries
All deliveries must be received at the main reception.
c. Packages & Luggage
The building is not responsible for perishable or electronic items.
Luggage storage is available for up to 6 hours prior to check-in, properly labeled and sealed by the guest.
Storing luggage after check-out is not allowed.
d. Pets
Pets must be on a leash or in carriers and preferably use the service elevator (or be carried in the social elevator).
No access to pool, gym, spa, playroom, lounges, reception, or leisure areas.
Owners are responsible for cleaning and any damage.
All pets must be registered in advance and have updated vaccinations.
6. Check-Out
Please follow the check-out instructions provided to leave the apartment in good condition and return the keys as instructed.
7. Fines
Failure to comply with these rules may result in fines ranging from R$120 to R$1,800, depending on the severity of the infraction.
