We are just a few steps from the charming Tatuamunha Beach, very close to the Manguaba River bridge (close to the Peixe Boi project)! Our house was designed to offer comfort and practicality, accommodating up to 7 guests with the comfort of a beach house! With two large suites, air conditioning in the bedrooms, private pool and secure condominium, we offer a place made with lots of love for you to enjoy days of rest and peace with your family or friends! Welcome in advance!

We are located in the central region of Praia de Tatuamunha, approximately 110 km from Maceió Airport and 175 km from Recife Airport. The road on both routes is good. Coming from Recife, you can use the road or take the ferry that crosses Japaratinga. The ferry is very safe, the crossing is done on a calm river and the distance is only 500m. Ferry availability must be checked online (be careful with the timetable). To get around here, we recommend renting a car, as there are so many incredible beaches within a 20 km radius. But you have the option of using taxis, motorcycle taxis and drivers in the region.

Important Information

Our house is located in a developing area, so there may be some construction noise nearby during permitted daytime hours.

The last 2 km to the condominium are on an unpaved road with limited lighting at night. During rainy periods, puddles or mud may form, which can make access difficult for low vehicles. We recommend using higher vehicles or SUVs. We are not responsible for access issues caused by road conditions.

House & Condominium Rules

Linens: Please handle all linens with care. Avoid stains (such as makeup), as improper use or damage will result in a R$100 fee per item. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the property. The apartment is equipped with a smoke detector.

Barbecue: Please clean the barbecue grill after use.

Toilets: Do not throw paper into the toilets — please use the bathroom bins provided.

Quiet Hours: Absolute silence after 11:00 PM.

Balcony & Windows: Do not hang clothes or towels on the balcony or windows.

Trash: Avoid garbage buildup by disposing of trash regularly.

Glassware & Food in the Pool Area: Please do not use glass items on the balcony or in the pool area, and avoid consuming food or drinks inside the pool. Failure to comply may result in fines ranging from R$200 to R$1,500.

Check-out Time

Check-out is normally at 11:00 AM, but you may request a late check-out depending on availability.

Check-out Instructions

Before leaving, please turn off all lights, air conditioning units, and TVs.

Leave the space in an acceptable state of cleanliness. Return any moved furniture to its original place and report any damages, as we will perform a final inspection after your departure.

Dispose of all trash in the bin near the gate.

Leave the keys at the gatehouse and inform the staff of your unit number.
