We are located in Praia do Marceneiro, approximately 95 km from Maceió Airport and 165 km from Recife Airport. The road on both routes is quiet. Coming from Recife, you can opt for the road route or take the ferry in Japaratinga, which crosses a calm river with just 500 meters of crossing (check availability online). To get around the region, we suggest renting a car, as there are several incredible beaches within a 20 km radius. Alternatively, taxis, motorcycle taxis and local drivers are available. GPS: Use navigation applications such as Google Maps or Waze by entering "Villa Anahi". Road Conditions: The main road to the entrance to Praia do Marceneiro is paved.

When leaving the unit, please turn off all lights, air conditioners, and TVs.
Leave the apartment in acceptable clean condition and return any moved furniture to its original place. Please inform us if anything was damaged or broken during your stay, as a check-out inspection will be carried out.
Dispose of trash in the collection bins located near the building’s entrance.
Leave the keys at the front desk and inform the unit number.
House and Condominium Rules
Linen Rules: Please take special care when using bed and bath linens, avoiding misuse that may cause stains. Stains (such as makeup) or damages will result in a fine of R$50 per item. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment (smoke detectors are installed).
After using the barbecue/grill, please clean it properly.
Do not dispose of paper in the toilets; use the bathroom trash bins.
Absolute silence after 11:00 PM.
Do not hang clothes or towels on balconies or windows.
If trash accumulates, please dispose of it in the condominium’s designated bins.
Glass utensils are not allowed in the balcony/pool area; food and drinks are not permitted inside the pool.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in fines ranging from R$50 to R$1,500.
