We are located in Praia do Marceneiro, approximately 95 km from Maceió Airport and 165 km from Recife Airport. The road on both routes is quiet. Coming from Recife, you can opt for the road route or take the ferry in Japaratinga, which crosses a calm river with just 500 meters of crossing (check availability online). To get around the region, we suggest renting a car, as there are several incredible beaches within a 20 km radius. Alternatively, taxis, motorcycle taxis and local drivers are available.

When leaving the unit, please turn off all lights, air conditioners, and TVs.

Leave the space in an acceptable state of cleanliness. Return any moved furniture to its original position. Please inform us if anything was damaged or broken during your stay, as a check-out inspection will be carried out upon departure.

Upon leaving, take the trash to the collection bins located near the concierge/entrance.

Leave the keys at the concierge desk and inform them of the unit number.

House and Condominium Rules:

Linen Rules: Please take special care when using the linens to avoid improper use that may cause stains. Any stains (e.g., makeup) or damage will result in a fine of R$50 per item. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment (the unit is equipped with a smoke detector).

To use the barbecue grill, please read the manual beforehand to avoid damage due to misuse or accidents. After use, kindly clean the area.

Do not dispose of paper in the toilets; please use the trash bins provided in the bathrooms.

Absolute silence after 11:00 PM.

Hanging clothes or towels on balconies or windows is not permitted.

If trash accumulates, please dispose of it in the designated bins throughout the condominium.

The use of glass items is prohibited on the balcony/pool area; food and drinks are not allowed in the pool. Failure to comply with these rules may result in fines ranging from R$50 to R$1,500.
