General notes
We are located in Praia do Marceneiro, within the Porangatu Reserve, approximately 95 km from Maceió Airport and 165 km from Recife Airport. Access via both routes is easy. Coming from Recife, you can travel entirely by land or opt for the ferry in Japaratinga, which makes a quick and safe crossing of around 500 meters (check availability in advance). To travel around the region, we recommend renting a car, as the most famous beaches and main tourist attractions are distributed along the Route of Miracles.
If you prefer, there are also taxis, motorcycle taxis and local drivers available. GPS and Navigation Use Google Maps or Waze by entering as a reference: “Condominio Zama – Praia do Marceneiro, Passo de Camaragibe – AL” Road Conditions The main road to the entrance of the condominium is completely paved. The internal section of the Porangatu Reserve is well structured, however some accesses to the houses may include interlocking paving and small stretches of land, requiring only extra attention on rainy days.

1. Rental Car:
Renting a car is the most recommended option, as it provides flexibility to explore not only Praia do Marceneiro but also nearby beaches such as Praia do Patacho, Praia de Japaratinga, Maragogi, and others. The main roads are well maintained, although some dirt roads may have uneven sections.
2. Private Transportation Services:
Taxis and motorcycle taxis are available for short trips. However, these services can be harder to find in more remote areas. Please note that ride-hailing services like Uber are not available in the region.
3. Bicycles:
There are local companies that offer bicycle rentals, and exploring the area by bike can be a very pleasant and relaxing experience.

Before leaving the unit, please turn off all lights, air conditioners, and TVs.
Leave the property in an acceptable state of cleanliness. Please return any moved furniture to its original position. Inform us if anything was damaged or broken during your stay, as a property inspection will be conducted upon departure.
When leaving, dispose of the trash in the designated bins near the condominium gate.
Leave the keys at the gatehouse and inform the unit number.
House & Condominium Rules
Linen Rules: Please take special care when using bed and bath linens. Avoid improper use that may cause stains. Makeup stains or any damage will result in a fine of R$50 per item. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house (the property is equipped with smoke detectors).
After using the barbecue, please clean it properly.
Do not dispose of paper in the toilets; please use the bathroom trash bins.
Absolute silence after 11:00 PM.
Hanging clothes or towels on balconies or windows is not allowed.
If trash accumulates during your stay, please dispose of it in the condominium’s designated trash areas.
Glass utensils are not allowed in the balcony or pool area. Eating or drinking inside the pool is prohibited. Failure to comply with these rules may result in fines ranging from R$50 to R$1,500.
