The condominium has a high standard structure, with a resort atmosphere: several swimming pools, equipped gym, 24-hour security and even chargers for electric cars. All of this with easy access to the most desired beaches in the Rota dos Milagres region

We are in the central part of Praia de Tatuamunha, approximately 120 km from Maceió Airport (2h15–2h45 by car) and approximately 190 km from Recife Airport. The road on both routes is good. Coming from Recife, you can do the entire journey by road (average 4h–4h30) or cut the route using the Porto de Pedras–Japaratinga ferry (generally 3h30–4h, depending on the queue). From Naay to ferry boarding is ~8 km (12–18 min).

The ferry is safe; the crossing takes place on a calm river, is about 500 m long and lasts ~7–10 minutes (not counting the embarkation/disembarkation time). Check availability/timetables online before heading out. To get around here, we recommend renting a car, as there are many incredible beaches within a radius of ~20 km (10–30 min). There are also taxis, motorcycle taxis and local drivers.

The region is currently under development, and construction noise may occur during business hours. The last 2 km of access are via an unpaved road with limited lighting at night. During rainy periods, puddles or mud may be present. We recommend using higher vehicles or SUVs.
