The house has 3 large suites, private pool, gourmet balcony and integrated environments that provide an experience thought of in detail. Condominium has a common area facing the sea and we are very close to Villinha Marceneiro, an excellent location for the market, restaurants and beaches of Rota dos Milagres, Japaratinga and Maragogi!

We are located in Praia do Marceneiro, within the Porangatu Reserve, approximately 95 km from Maceió Airport and 165 km from Recife Airport. Access via both routes is easy. Coming from Recife, you can travel entirely by land or opt for the ferry in Japaratinga, which makes a quick and safe crossing of around 500 meters (check availability in advance). To travel around the region, we recommen;d renting a car, as the most famous beaches and main tourist attractions are distributed along the Route of Miracles. If you prefer, there are also taxis, motorcycle taxis and local drivers available.

The internal section of the Porangatu Reserve is well structured, however some accesses to the houses may include interlocking paving and small stretches of land, requiring only extra attention on rainy days.
