We are located on São Miguel dos Milagres Beach, approximately 85 km from Maceió Airport and 165 km from Recife Airport. The road on both routes is quiet. Coming from Recife, you can opt for the road route or take the ferry in Japaratinga, which crosses a calm river with just 500 meters of crossing (check availability online). When leaving the unit, please turn off all lights, air conditioning units, and TVs.

Please leave the space in an acceptable level of cleanliness. Return any moved furniture to its original position. Inform us if anything was damaged or broken during your stay, as we will conduct an inspection after your departure.

Upon departure, please dispose of your trash in the designated bins near the building entrance.

Leave the keys at the front desk and inform them of your unit number.

House & Condominium Rules:

Linen Policy: Please take special care when using linens to avoid stains or damage. Makeup stains or any damage will result in a fee of R$50 per item. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment (there is a smoke detector installed).

If you plan to use the barbecue grill, please read the manual beforehand to avoid misuse or accidents. After use, kindly clean it.

Do not dispose of paper in the toilet; please use the bathroom trash bins.

Quiet hours are strictly enforced after 11:00 PM.

Hanging clothes or towels on the balcony or windows is not allowed.

If trash accumulates, please dispose of it in the designated condominium bins.

The use of glass items is prohibited in the balcony/pool area; food and drinks are not allowed in the pool.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in fines ranging from R$50 to R$1,500.
