House & Stay Guide

We want your stay to be smooth, comfortable, and special from beginning to end.

To ensure the well-being of all guests and a harmonious experience within the condominium, we kindly ask that you read the guidelines below carefully.

Check-in

From 2:00 PM.

Check-out

Our standard check-out time is until 12:00 PM.

If you would like a late check-out, we can verify availability according to the operational schedule for your departure date. Late check-out is only possible with prior confirmation.

House Rules

Smoking is not permitted inside the house, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and any enclosed areas.

Please use the property with care and respect, preserving furniture, linens, utensils, and appliances throughout your stay.

If you use the barbecue and gourmet area, kindly leave the space in proper cleaning and conservation condition after use.

Do not dispose of toilet paper, sanitary products, wipes, or any other items in the toilet. Please use the trash bins available in the bathrooms.

To preserve the appearance of the house and condominium, do not hang clothes, towels, or objects on balconies, windows, façades, fences, or visible outdoor areas. Please use the appropriate designated areas only.

Glassware is not allowed in the pool or outdoor areas, and food or drinks must not be consumed inside the pool.

Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are not permitted.

Visitors without prior authorization and registration at the gate are not allowed.

Failure to comply with the house and condominium rules may result in warnings, charges for damages, fines ranging from R$200 to R$2,500, and possible condominium penalties depending on the nature of the violation.

Condominium Rules & Shared Spaces

Please respect the common areas, other guests, residents, and condominium staff.

Sound and music usage must always comply with local regulations and condominium rules. After 10:00 PM, silence must be maintained and noise that may disturb neighbors should be avoided.

Children must always be supervised by a responsible adult, especially in common areas, pools, courts, and leisure spaces.

Vehicles must remain only in authorized parking spaces previously informed during the access registration process.

The condominium may apply its own rules and penalties in cases of non-compliance with internal regulations.

Linen & Towels Policy

We kindly ask for special care when using towels, bed linens, blankets, and all other provided items during your stay.

Please avoid improper use of linens or situations that may cause permanent stains, such as makeup, tanning products, hair dye, food, wine, or chemical products.

Stained, torn, burned, or damaged items may result in charges starting from R$50 per item, depending on the type and extent of the damage.

Responsible Energy Usage

We kindly ask for conscious and responsible energy consumption throughout your stay.

Check-out Instructions

At the end of your stay, we kindly ask that you follow these instructions:

Turn off lights, air conditioners, TVs, and all other appliances.

Leave the house in an overall acceptable condition of organization and cleanliness.

Return furniture and objects to their original places if they were moved during your stay.

Dispose of trash in the designated collection areas.

Inform us of any damaged, broken, or maintenance-required items so our team can arrange the necessary replacement or repairs.

Please inform us in advance of your estimated departure time so we can coordinate the inspection and key return procedure according to the property's process.

Access & Registration

To grant access to the condominium, all guests must be properly registered before check-in, according to the instructions sent by the responsible team.

The number of guests informed in the reservation must match the actual occupancy of the house.

Unauthorized guests may result in additional charges and other applicable penalties.
