We are located in the central region of Praia do Patacho, exactly 120 km from Maceió Airport and 190 km from Recife Airport. The road on both routes is good. Coming from Recife, you can use the road or take the ferry that crosses Japaratinga. The ferry is very safe, the crossing is done on a calm river and the distance is only 500m. Ferry availability must be checked online (be careful with the timetable). To get around here, we recommend renting a car, as there are so many incredible beaches within a 20 km radius. But you have the option of using taxis, motorcycle taxis and drivers in the region.

**House and Condominium Rules:**

1. Layette Rules: We ask for special attention when using the layette, avoiding misuse which could result in stains. We ask for care and diligence, informing that stains (makeup) or damage will result in a fine of R$100 per item.

2. Smoking is prohibited in internal areas.

3. To use the barbecue, read the manual first to avoid damage due to misuse or accidents. After use, we ask that you clean it.

4. Do not throw paper in the toilet; use the trash cans in the bathrooms.

5. Absolute silence after 11pm.

6. Hanging clothes/towels on the balcony/windows is prohibited.

7. If rubbish accumulates, place it for collection by 9 am or deposit it in the bins available in the condominium. 8. The use of glass utensils on the balcony/pool is prohibited; do not consume food/drink in the pool. Failure to comply with these rules is subject to fines of R$200 to R$1,500. **Conscious Use of Energy:** Become aware of your energy use. Turn off all appliances and lights before leaving to conserve resources and avoid waste. **Check-out Time:** Our usual check-out time is 11am, but you can request a later check-out review, depending on schedule availability. **Check-out Instructions:** 1. When leaving the unit, turn off lights, air conditioners and TVs. 2. Deliver the space in an acceptable state of cleanliness. Reposition moved furniture. Please let us know if anything was damaged or broken during your stay, as we will be inspecting the delivery when you leave. 3. When leaving, place your rubbish for collection in the bin near the entrance. 4. When leaving, leave the keys at the reception and provide the unit number.
