Welcome to Casa Refúgio do Mar! Located just 50 meters (practically seafront) from Praia do Patacho, in Condomínio Azulu.

It has 3 complete suites (up to 8x guests), private pool, toilet, barbecue, private balcony with hammock, cozy living room, fully equipped kitchen and 1 parking space. The location is perfect for those who want to enjoy the beach and explore the main attractions of the Rota dos Milagres with practicality.

We are located in the central region of Praia do Patacho, exactly 120 km from Maceió Airport and 190 km from Recife Airport. The road on both routes is good. Coming from Recife, you can use the road or take the ferry that crosses Japaratinga.

The ferry is very safe, the crossing is done on a calm river and the distance is only 500m. Ferry availability must be checked online (be careful with the timetable). To get around here, we recommend renting a car, as there are so many incredible beaches within a 20 km radius. But you have the option of using taxis, motorcycle taxis and drivers in the region.

- GPS: Use GPS applications such as Google Maps or Waze, entering "Alua Patacho" as the destination. - **Road Conditions:** The main road to the entrance to Praia do Patacho is paved, but the dirt road to the condominium may have uneven sections. Drive carefully. In rainy seasons, we recommend using tall vehicles, 4x4.

## Check-in & Check-out

**Check-in:** From 3:00 PM.

**Check-out:** Our standard check-out time is until 11:00 AM.

If you would like a late check-out, we can verify availability for your departure date. Late check-out is always subject to prior approval and operational availability.

## House Rules

1. Smoking is not permitted inside the house, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and any enclosed areas.

2. Please use the property with care and respect, helping to preserve furniture, linens, utensils, appliances, and equipment throughout your stay.

3. If you use the barbecue area and outdoor kitchen, please leave the space in a clean and well-maintained condition afterward.

4. Do not dispose of toilet paper, sanitary products, wipes, or any other items in the toilet. Please use the waste bins provided in the bathrooms.

5. To preserve the appearance of the house and condominium, do not hang clothes, towels, or other items on balconies, windows, façades, fences, or any visible outdoor areas. Please use designated drying areas only.

6. Glassware is not permitted in pool or outdoor areas. Food and beverages must not be consumed inside the swimming pool.

7. Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are not permitted.

8. Visitors are not allowed without prior authorization and registration with the condominium security gate.

9. Failure to comply with house or condominium rules may result in warnings, charges for damages, fines ranging from R$200 to R$2,500, and/or condominium penalties, depending on the nature of the violation.

## Condominium Guidelines

1. Please respect common areas, fellow guests, residents, and condominium staff.

2. Sound and music must comply with local regulations and condominium rules. After 10:00 PM, quiet hours must be observed, and noise that may disturb neighbors should be avoided.

3. Children must always be supervised by a responsible adult, especially in common areas, swimming pools, sports courts, and recreational facilities.

4. Vehicles must be parked only in the designated spaces previously registered for access.

5. The condominium may apply its own rules and penalties in cases of non-compliance.

## Linen & Towels Policy

Please take special care of all linens provided during your stay, including towels, bed sheets, blankets, and other textile items.

Avoid using linens in situations that may cause permanent stains, such as contact with makeup, tanning products, hair dyes, food, wine, or chemical substances.

Stained, torn, burned, or otherwise damaged items may incur replacement charges starting at R$50 per item, depending on the type and extent of the damage.

## Responsible Energy Use

We kindly ask all guests to use electricity responsibly throughout their stay.

## Check-out Instructions

Before departing, please:

1. Turn off all lights, air conditioners, televisions, and other electrical appliances.

2. Leave the house in a generally organized and reasonably clean condition.

3. Return any moved furniture or objects to their original positions.

4. Dispose of all garbage in the designated collection areas.

5. Inform us of any damaged, broken, or malfunctioning items so that our team can arrange repairs or replacements.
