How to get to Casa Azulu 01

We are located in the central region of Praia do Patacho, in Porto de Pedras – AL, approximately 120 km from Maceió Airport and 190 km from Recife Airport. Access is easy via highways in good condition.

For those coming from Recife, there are two route options: go entirely by road or use the ferry that crosses between Japaratinga and Porto de Pedras, reducing the journey. Ferry Crossing: The crossing is quick, safe and carried out in calm waters, with a distance of around 500 meters. We recommend checking opening times in advance, especially on holidays and high season periods. Getting Around the Region: To make the most of the beaches and attractions of the Rota Ecológica dos Milagres, we recommend renting a car.

However, it is also possible to use taxis, motorcycle taxis and local drivers for your journeys. GPS and Navigation Use applications such as Google Maps or Waze. For reference, search for "Restaurante Mangute Bain" and then head to "Condomínio Azulu". Access Conditions The main road to Praia do Patacho is paved. The last meters to the condominium are on dirt floors. During rainy periods, there may be sections with puddles of water and irregularities, requiring extra attention, especially for shorter vehicles. Privileged Location A few steps from Praia do Patacho (basically on the sand), famous for its crystal clear waters, coconut trees and tranquility. Furthermore, we are approximately 20 minutes from São Miguel dos Milagres and 45 minutes from Maragogi. Note: During rainy periods, the last 200 meters of access to the property is via a dirt road, and there may be puddles of water that make it difficult for low vehicles to pass. If you wish to leave later, we can check this possibility according to operational availability on the date. Late check-out approval always depends on prior confirmation.

House Rules

Smoking is not allowed inside the house, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and enclosed areas.

Please use the house with care and respect, preserving furniture, linens, utensils, and equipment throughout your stay.

If you use the barbecue and gourmet area, please leave the space in proper clean and organized condition after use.

Do not flush paper, sanitary pads, wipes, or any other items down the toilet. Always use the trash bins provided in the bathrooms.

To preserve the appearance of the house and condominium, do not hang clothes, towels, or objects on balconies, windows, façades, fences, or any visible outdoor areas. Use only designated areas.

Glassware is not allowed in the pool or outdoor areas, and food and drinks are not permitted inside the pool.

Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are not allowed.

Entry of visitors without prior authorization and registration at the gate is not permitted.

Failure to comply with house and condominium rules may result in warnings, charges for any damages, and fines ranging from R$200 to R$2,500, in addition to possible condominium penalties, depending on the nature of the violation.

Condominium Rules

Please respect common areas, other guests, residents, and condominium staff.

Noise must always comply with local laws and internal community rules. After 10:00 PM, silence is mandatory, and noise that may disturb neighbors must be avoided.

Children must always be accompanied by a responsible adult, especially in the pool area.

Vehicles must remain only in the designated parking spaces previously registered for access.

The condominium may apply its own rules and penalties in case of violation of internal regulations.

Linen Rules

Please pay special attention to the use of linens, including towels, bed sheets, blankets, and other items provided during your stay. Avoid improper use that may cause permanent stains, such as makeup, sunscreen, tanning products, food, wine, or chemicals.

Stained, torn, burned, or damaged items may incur a charge starting at R$50 per item, depending on the type and extent of the damage.

Responsible Energy Use

Please use energy responsibly throughout your stay.

Checkout Instructions

At the end of your stay, please kindly follow these instructions:

Turn off lights, air conditioning units, TVs, and other electronic devices.

Leave the house in a generally organized and reasonably clean condition.

Put furniture and objects back in their original place if they were moved during your stay.

Dispose of garbage in the designated collection areas.

Report any damaged, broken, or maintenance-needed items so our team can arrange replacements or repairs.

Inform us in advance of your expected departure time so we can coordinate inspection and key return according to the unit’s procedure.
