# House Rules & Important Information

We want your experience to be smooth, comfortable, and special from beginning to end. To ensure the well-being of all guests and maintain harmony within the condominium, we kindly ask you to read and follow the guidelines below.

## Check-in

Check-in is available from **3:00 PM**.

## Check-out

Our standard check-out time is **until 11:00 AM**.

If you would like a late check-out, we can verify this possibility depending on operational availability on your departure date. Late check-out is always subject to prior confirmation.

## House Rules

1. Smoking is not permitted inside the house, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and any enclosed areas.

2. Please use the property with care and respect, preserving furniture, linens, utensils, and equipment throughout your stay.

3. If you use the barbecue and gourmet area, please leave the space in proper cleaning and maintenance condition after use.

4. Do not flush toilet paper, sanitary products, wipes, or any other items down the toilet. Please use the waste bins provided in the bathrooms.

5. To preserve the appearance of the house and condominium, please do not hang clothes, towels, or any objects on balconies, windows, façades, fences, or visible outdoor areas. Use only the designated drying areas.

6. Glass items are not allowed in the pool or outdoor areas, and food and beverages must not be consumed inside the swimming pool.

7. Unauthorized parties, events, or gatherings are not permitted.

8. Visitors are not allowed without prior authorization and registration at the gate/security entrance.

9. Failure to comply with house and condominium rules may result in warnings, charges for damages, fines ranging from **R$200 to R$2,500**, and additional condominium penalties, depending on the nature of the violation.

## Condominium Guidelines

1. Please respect common areas, other guests, residents, and condominium staff.

2. Sound equipment and music must comply with local regulations and condominium rules. After **10:00 PM**, quiet hours must be strictly observed, and noise that may disturb neighbors should be avoided.

3. Children must always be supervised by a responsible adult, especially in common areas, swimming pools, sports courts, and other leisure facilities.

4. Vehicles must remain only in the designated parking spaces previously informed during the access registration process.

5. The condominium may apply its own rules and penalties in case of non-compliance with internal regulations.

## Linen and Towels Policy

Please take special care when using towels, bed linens, blankets, and all other provided items during your stay.

Avoid improper use of linens in situations that may cause permanent stains, such as makeup, tanning products, hair dyes, food, wine, or chemical products.

Stained, torn, burned, or damaged items may result in charges starting at **R$50 per item**, depending on the type and extent of the damage.

## Responsible Energy Use

We kindly ask guests to use electricity responsibly throughout their stay.

## Check-out Instructions

At the end of your stay, please follow these guidelines:

1. Turn off lights, air conditioning units, TVs, and any other electrical appliances.

2. Leave the house in a generally organized and reasonably clean condition.

3. Return furniture and objects to their original places if they were moved during your stay.

4. Dispose of trash in the designated collection areas.

5. Inform us of any damaged, broken, or malfunctioning items so that our team can arrange repairs or replacements.

6. Please inform us in advance of your expected departure time so we can coordinate the inspection and key return procedure for the property.
