# House Rules
We want your stay to be comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable from beginning to end. To ensure the well-being of all guests and a pleasant environment within the condominium, please read and follow the guidelines below.
## Check-in
**From 3:00 PM**
## Check-out
Our standard check-out time is **until 12:00 PM (noon)**.
If you would like a late check-out, we will be happy to check availability. Please note that late check-out is subject to prior approval and operational availability.
## House Rules
1. Smoking is **not permitted** inside the apartment, including bedrooms, bathrooms, or any indoor areas.
2. Please treat the apartment with care and respect, preserving the furniture, linens, kitchenware, appliances, and all other items throughout your stay.
3. If you use the barbecue area or gourmet space, please leave it clean and in good condition after use.
4. Do not flush toilet paper, sanitary products, wet wipes, or any other objects down the toilet. Please use the bathroom trash bins provided.
5. To preserve the appearance of the property and condominium, do not hang clothes, towels, or other items on balconies, windows, railings, fences, or any visible outdoor areas. Please use the designated drying areas only.
6. Glassware is not permitted in the pool or outdoor areas. Food and drinks are not allowed inside the swimming pool.
7. Parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited.
8. Visitors who are not registered guests are not allowed.
9. Failure to comply with the house or condominium rules may result in warnings, charges for damages, and fines ranging from **R$200 to R$2,500**, in addition to any condominium penalties, depending on the nature of the violation.
## Condominium Guidelines
1. Please respect the common areas, other guests, residents, and condominium staff.
2. Music and noise must comply with local regulations and condominium rules. After **10:00 PM**, quiet hours are in effect, and excessive noise must be avoided.
3. Children must always be supervised by a responsible adult, especially in common areas, the swimming pool, sports courts, and recreational spaces.
4. Vehicles must only be parked in the designated parking space assigned to your reservation.
5. The condominium management may apply its own rules and penalties if internal regulations are violated.
## Linen Policy
Please take special care of all linens provided during your stay, including towels, bed linens, blankets, and other fabric items.
Avoid using towels or bed linens with makeup, sunscreen, self-tanning products, hair dye, food, wine, or chemicals that may cause permanent stains.
Stained, torn, burned, or otherwise damaged linens may be subject to replacement charges starting at **R$50 per item**, depending on the type and extent of the damage.
## Responsible Energy Use
We kindly ask you to use electricity responsibly throughout your stay by turning off lights and air conditioning whenever they are not needed.
## Check-out Instructions
Before leaving, please:
1. Turn off all lights, air conditioners, TVs, and other electrical appliances.
2. Leave the apartment in a reasonably clean and organized condition.
3. Return any moved furniture or objects to their original place.
4. Dispose of all trash in the designated collection area.
5. Inform us of any broken, damaged, or malfunctioning items so we can arrange repairs or replacements.
6. Let us know your expected departure time in advance so we can coordinate the inspection and key return (when applicable).
