We want your stay to be smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable from beginning to end. To ensure the well-being of all guests and maintain a pleasant environment within the condominium, we kindly ask you to follow the guidelines below.

**Check-in:** From 3:00 PM.

**Check-out:** Our standard check-out time is by 11:00 AM. If you would like a late check-out, we can verify availability based on our operational schedule. Late check-out is only possible with prior confirmation.

## House Rules

1. Smoking is not permitted inside the property, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and any enclosed areas.

2. Please use the property with care and respect, preserving the furniture, linens, utensils, appliances, and all other amenities throughout your stay.

3. If you use the barbecue and outdoor dining area, please leave the space clean and in good condition after use.

4. Do not flush toilet paper, sanitary products, wet wipes, or any other items down the toilet. Please use the bathroom waste bins provided.

5. To preserve the appearance of the house and condominium, do not hang clothes, towels, or other items on balconies, windows, exterior walls, fences, or any visible outdoor areas. Please use the designated drying areas only.

6. Glassware is not permitted in the pool or outdoor areas. Food and drinks are not allowed inside the swimming pool.

7. Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited.

8. Visitors are not permitted unless previously authorized and registered with the condominium security gate.

9. Failure to comply with the house or condominium rules may result in warnings, charges for any damages, fines ranging from R$200 to R$2,500, and any additional condominium penalties, depending on the nature of the violation.

## Condominium Guidelines

1. Please respect the common areas, fellow guests, residents, and condominium staff.

2. The use of speakers or loud music must comply with local regulations and condominium rules. After 10:00 PM, quiet hours must be observed, and excessive noise should be avoided.

3. Children must always be supervised by a responsible adult, especially in common areas, the swimming pool, sports courts, and other leisure facilities.

4. Vehicles must be parked only in the designated parking spaces provided during the access registration process.

5. The condominium reserves the right to apply its own rules and penalties in the event of non-compliance.

## Linen Policy

Please take special care when using the towels, bed linens, blankets, and all other linen provided during your stay. Avoid using them in ways that may cause permanent stains, such as with makeup, tanning products, hair dye, food, wine, or chemical products. Linens that are stained, torn, burned, or otherwise damaged may be subject to replacement charges starting from R$50 per item, depending on the type and extent of the damage.

## Responsible Energy Use

We kindly ask all guests to use electricity responsibly throughout their stay.

## Check-out Instructions

Before leaving, please follow these steps:

1. Turn off all lights, air conditioners, televisions, and other electrical appliances.

2. Leave the property in a reasonably clean and organized condition.

3. Return any furniture or decorative items to their original locations if they have been moved.

4. Dispose of all trash in the designated collection areas.

5. Inform us of any damaged, broken, or malfunctioning items so our team can arrange repairs or replacements.

6. Please let us know your expected departure time in advance so we can coordinate the property inspection and key return according to the procedures for your unit.
