We are located in the heart of Praia do Patacho, exactly 120 km from Maceió Airport and 190 km from Recife Airport. If you are coming from Recife, you can either drive the entire route or take the ferry crossing at Japaratinga. The ferry is very safe; the crossing takes place on a calm river and covers a distance of just 500 meters.

It is important to check ferry availability and schedules in advance. We suggest renting a car to get around the area, as there are several incredible beaches within a 20 km radius. You can also use taxis, motorcycle taxis, and local drivers.

# House Rules & Check-out Instructions

We want your stay to be smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable from beginning to end. To ensure everyone's well-being and maintain a pleasant environment throughout the property and condominium, please read the following guidelines carefully.

## Check-in

**From 2:00 PM.**

## Check-out

Our standard check-out time is **by 12:00 PM (noon).**

If you would like a late check-out, we will be happy to check availability. Please note that late check-out is subject to prior approval and operational availability.

# House Rules

1. Smoking is **not permitted** inside the house, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and any indoor areas.

2. Please use the property with care and respect, helping preserve the furniture, linens, kitchenware, appliances, and all other amenities throughout your stay.

3. If you use the barbecue and gourmet area, please leave the space in a clean and well-maintained condition after use.

4. Do not flush toilet paper, sanitary products, wipes, or any other items down the toilet. Please use the waste bins provided in each bathroom.

5. To preserve the appearance of the house and condominium, please do not hang clothes, towels, or other items on balconies, windows, fences, façades, or other visible outdoor areas. Please use the designated drying areas only.

6. Glassware is **not permitted** in the pool or outdoor areas. Food and drinks are also **not allowed inside the swimming pool.**

7. Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are not permitted.

8. Visitors are only allowed with prior authorization and must be registered at the condominium entrance.

9. Failure to comply with the house or condominium rules may result in warnings, charges for any damages, fines ranging from **R$200 to R$2,500**, and any additional condominium penalties, depending on the nature of the violation.

# Condominium Guidelines

1. Please respect the common areas, fellow guests, residents, and condominium staff.

2. Music and noise must always comply with local regulations and condominium rules. After **10:00 PM**, quiet hours must be observed to avoid disturbing neighbors.

3. Children must always be supervised by a responsible adult, especially in common areas, the swimming pool, sports courts, and other leisure facilities.

4. Vehicles must be parked only in the designated parking spaces provided during the access registration.

5. The condominium management may enforce its own rules and apply additional penalties if internal regulations are violated.

# Linen Policy

Please take special care of all linens provided during your stay, including towels, bed linens, blankets, and other fabric items.

Avoid using them in ways that may cause permanent stains, such as contact with makeup, tanning products, hair dye, food, wine, or chemicals.

Stained, torn, burned, or otherwise damaged items may incur replacement charges starting at **R$50 per item**, depending on the type and extent of the damage.

# Responsible Energy Use

We kindly ask all guests to use electricity responsibly throughout their stay by turning off lights, air conditioning, televisions, and other appliances whenever they are not in use.

# Check-out Instructions

Before leaving, please:

1. Turn off all lights, air conditioners, televisions, and other electrical appliances.

2. Leave the house in a reasonably clean and organized condition.

3. Return any moved furniture or decorative items to their original places.

4. Dispose of all trash in the designated collection areas.

5. Inform us of any broken, damaged, or malfunctioning items so our team can arrange repairs or replacements.

6. Let us know your expected departure time in advance so we can coordinate the inspection and key return procedure.
