We want your stay to be smooth, comfortable, and memorable from beginning to end. To ensure the well-being of all guests and a pleasant environment within the condominium, please read the following guidelines carefully.

## Check-in

From 3:00 PM.

## Check-out

Our standard check-out time is until 11:00 AM.

If you would like a late check-out, we can verify availability based on our operational schedule for your departure date. Late check-out is subject to prior confirmation.

## House Rules

1. Smoking is not permitted inside the house, including bedrooms, bathrooms, or any enclosed areas.

2. Please use the property with care and respect, preserving all furniture, linens, utensils, and appliances throughout your stay.

3. If you use the barbecue and gourmet area, please leave the space clean and in good condition after use.

4. Do not flush toilet paper, sanitary products, wet wipes, or any other items down the toilet. Please use the waste bins provided in the bathrooms.

5. To preserve the appearance of the house and condominium, please do not hang clothes, towels, or any other items on balconies, windows, façades, fences, or visible outdoor areas. Use only the designated drying areas.

6. Glassware is not permitted in the pool or outdoor areas. Food and drinks are also not allowed inside the swimming pool.

7. Parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings are not permitted.

8. Visitors are not allowed without prior authorization and registration at the condominium entrance.

9. Failure to comply with the house or condominium rules may result in warnings, charges for any damages, and fines ranging from R$200 to R$2,500, in addition to any condominium fines, depending on the nature of the violation.

## Condominium Guidelines

1. Please respect the common areas, fellow guests, residents, and condominium staff.

2. Music and noise must always comply with local regulations and condominium rules. After 10:00 PM, quiet hours apply, and noise should be kept to a minimum.

3. Children must always be supervised by a responsible adult, especially in common areas, the swimming pool, sports courts, and other leisure facilities.

4. Vehicles must be parked only in the designated parking spaces assigned during the access registration process.

5. The condominium management may apply its own rules and penalties in case of non-compliance.

## Linen Care

Please take special care of all linens provided during your stay, including towels, bed linens, blankets, and other items.

Avoid using towels and linens in ways that may cause permanent stains, such as contact with makeup, tanning products, hair dye, food, wine, or chemicals.

Stained, torn, burned, or otherwise damaged items may incur replacement charges starting at R$50 per item, depending on the type and extent of the damage.

## Responsible Energy Use

Please use electricity responsibly throughout your stay.

## Check-out Instructions

Before leaving, please:

1. Turn off all lights, air conditioners, TVs, and any other electrical appliances.

2. Leave the house in a reasonably clean and organized condition.

3. Return any moved furniture or objects to their original locations.

5. Inform us of any damaged, broken, or malfunctioning items so our team can arrange repairs or replacements.
