We want your stay to be smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable from beginning to end. To ensure the well-being of all guests and a pleasant environment within the condominium, please take a moment to read the guidelines below.

## Check-in

**From 3:00 PM.**

## Check-out

Our standard check-out time is **by 11:00 AM**.

If you would like a late check-out, we will be happy to check availability for your departure date. Please note that late check-out is always subject to prior confirmation and operational availability.

# House Rules

1. Smoking is **not permitted** inside the house, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and any enclosed areas.

2. Please treat the property with care and respect, preserving all furniture, linens, kitchenware, and appliances throughout your stay.

3. If you use the barbecue and gourmet area, please leave the space in a clean and tidy condition after use.

4. Do not flush toilet paper, sanitary products, wipes, or any other items down the toilet. Please use the bathroom waste bins provided.

5. To preserve the appearance of the house and condominium, do not hang clothes, towels, or other items on balconies, windows, façades, fences, or any visible outdoor areas. Please use the designated drying areas.

6. Glassware is not allowed in the pool or outdoor areas. Food and beverages are also not permitted inside the swimming pool.

7. Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are not permitted.

8. Visitors are not allowed without prior authorization and registration with the condominium security/entrance gate.

9. Failure to comply with the house and condominium rules may result in warnings, charges for damages, fines ranging from **R$200 to R$2,500**, and any applicable condominium penalties, depending on the nature of the violation.

# Condominium Guidelines

1. Please respect the common areas, other guests, residents, and condominium staff.

2. The use of speakers or music must always comply with local regulations and condominium rules. After **10:00 PM**, quiet hours are in effect, and excessive noise must be avoided.

3. Children must always be supervised by a responsible adult, especially in common areas, the swimming pool, sports courts, and leisure facilities.

4. Vehicles must be parked only in the designated spaces previously registered for your stay.

5. The condominium management may apply its own rules and penalties in the event of non-compliance.

# Linen Care

Please take special care of all linens provided during your stay, including towels, bed sheets, blankets, and other items.

Avoid using linens in ways that may cause permanent stains, such as contact with makeup, tanning products, hair dye, food, wine, or chemical products.

Stained, torn, burned, or otherwise damaged items may be subject to replacement charges starting at **R$50 per item**, depending on the type and extent of the damage.

# Responsible Energy Use

We kindly ask all guests to use electricity responsibly throughout their stay.

# Check-out Instructions

Before leaving, please:

1. Turn off all lights, air conditioners, TVs, and other electrical appliances.

2. Leave the house in a reasonably clean and organized condition.

3. Return any moved furniture or objects to their original places.

4. Dispose of all trash in the designated collection area.

5. Inform us of any broken, damaged, or malfunctioning items so our team can arrange repairs or replacements.

6. Let us know your expected departure time in advance so we can coordinate the property inspection and key return according to the procedures for your accommodation.
