## Check-in

Check-in is available from 2:00 PM.

## Check-out

Our standard check-out time is until 12:00 PM (noon).

If you would like a late check-out, we will be happy to check availability based on our operational schedule. Late check-out is only possible with prior confirmation.

## House Rules

1. Smoking is not permitted inside the house, including bedrooms, bathrooms, or any indoor areas.

2. Please treat the house with care and respect, preserving the furniture, linens, kitchenware, appliances, and all other items provided throughout your stay.

3. If you use the barbecue area and outdoor gourmet space, please leave them in a clean and well-maintained condition after use.

4. Do not dispose of toilet paper, sanitary products, wet wipes, or any other items in the toilet. Please use the waste bins provided in the bathrooms.

5. To preserve the appearance of both the house and the condominium, please do not hang clothes, towels, or other items on balconies, windows, façades, fences, or any visible outdoor areas. Use only the designated drying areas.

6. Glassware is not allowed in the pool area or other outdoor leisure areas. Food and beverages are also not permitted inside the swimming pool.

7. Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited.

8. Visitors are not allowed unless previously authorized and properly registered with the condominium gatehouse.

9. Failure to comply with the house or condominium rules may result in warnings, charges for any damages caused, and fines ranging from R$200 to R$2,500, in addition to any condominium fines that may apply depending on the nature of the violation.

## Condominium Guidelines

1. Please respect the common areas, other guests, residents, and condominium staff at all times.

2. Music and sound must always comply with local regulations and the condominium's internal rules. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM, and excessive noise that may disturb neighbors must be avoided.

3. Children must always be supervised by a responsible adult, especially in common areas, the swimming pool, sports courts, and other leisure facilities.

4. Vehicles must only be parked in the designated spaces assigned during the access registration process.

5. The condominium management reserves the right to apply its own rules and penalties in the event of non-compliance with internal regulations.

## Linen Policy

Please take special care when using the linens provided during your stay, including towels, bed linens, blankets, and other textile items.

Avoid using towels or linens in ways that may cause permanent stains, such as removing makeup, self-tanning products, hair dye, food, wine, or chemical products.

Items that are stained, torn, burned, or otherwise damaged may incur replacement charges starting from R$50 per item, depending on the type and extent of the damage.

## Responsible Energy Use

We kindly ask all guests to use electricity responsibly throughout their stay by turning off lights, air conditioning, televisions, and other electrical equipment whenever they are not in use.

## Check-out Instructions

Before leaving, please follow these simple steps:

1. Turn off all lights, air conditioners, televisions, and other electrical appliances.

2. Leave the house in a reasonably clean and organized condition.

3. Return any moved furniture or decorative items to their original places.

4. Dispose of all trash in the designated collection areas.

5. Inform us of any broken, damaged, or malfunctioning items so our team can arrange repairs or replacements.

6. Please let us know your expected departure time in advance so we can coordinate the property inspection and key return according to the procedures for the property.
