# House Rules & Guest Information

We want your stay to be smooth, comfortable, and memorable from beginning to end. To ensure everyone's comfort and maintain a pleasant environment within the property and condominium, please take a moment to read the guidelines below.

## Check-in

**From 3:00 PM.**

## Check-out

Our standard check-out time is **by 11:00 AM**.

If you would like a late check-out, we will be happy to check availability for your departure date. Late check-out is always subject to prior confirmation and operational availability.

## House Rules

1. Smoking is **not permitted** inside the house, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and all indoor areas.

2. Please treat the property with care and respect, preserving the furniture, linens, kitchenware, appliances, and all other amenities throughout your stay.

3. If you use the barbecue and outdoor gourmet area, please leave the space in a clean and tidy condition after use.

4. Do **not** flush toilet paper, sanitary products, wipes, or any other items down the toilet. Please use the waste bins provided in each bathroom.

5. To preserve the appearance of the house and condominium, please do not hang clothes, towels, or other items on balconies, windows, façades, fences, or any visible outdoor areas. Use only the designated drying areas.

6. Glassware is **not permitted** in the pool area or other outdoor leisure areas. Food and beverages are not allowed inside the swimming pool.

7. Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited.

8. Visitors are not allowed unless previously authorized and registered with the condominium security gate.

9. Failure to comply with the house or condominium rules may result in warnings, charges for any damages, fines ranging from **R$200 to R$2,500**, and any additional condominium penalties, depending on the nature of the violation.

## Condominium Rules

1. Please respect the common areas, fellow guests, residents, and condominium staff.

2. Music and noise must always comply with local regulations and condominium rules. After **10:00 PM**, quiet hours are in effect, and excessive noise must be avoided.

3. Children must always be supervised by a responsible adult, especially in common areas, the swimming pool, sports courts, and other leisure facilities.

4. Vehicles must be parked only in the designated parking spaces assigned during the access registration process.

5. The condominium administration may apply its own rules and penalties in case of non-compliance.

## Linen & Towels

Please take special care of all linens provided during your stay, including towels, bed linens, blankets, and other textile items.

Avoid using them in ways that may cause permanent stains, such as contact with makeup, tanning products, hair dye, food, wine, or chemicals.

Items that are permanently stained, torn, burned, or otherwise damaged may incur replacement charges starting at **R$50 per item**, depending on the type and extent of the damage.

## Responsible Energy Use

We kindly ask all guests to use electricity responsibly throughout their stay by turning off lights and air conditioning whenever they are not needed.

## Check-out Instructions

Before leaving, please:

1. Turn off all lights, air conditioners, televisions, and other electrical appliances.

2. Leave the house in a reasonably clean and organized condition.

3. Return any moved furniture or decorative items to their original places.

4. Dispose of all trash in the designated collection areas.

5. Inform us of any damaged, broken, or malfunctioning items so our team can arrange repairs or replacements.

6. Let us know your expected departure time in advance so we can coordinate the property inspection and key return according to the property's procedures.
