# House Rules & Guest Guidelines

We want your experience to be smooth, comfortable, and special from beginning to end. To ensure everyone’s well-being and promote a pleasant environment within the condominium, please pay attention to the guidelines below.

## Check-in & Check-out

**Check-in:** From 3:00 PM.

**Check-out:** Our standard check-out time is by 11:00 AM. If you would like to check out later, we can check whether this is possible depending on operational availability on the date of your departure. Late check-out is only permitted with prior confirmation.

## House Rules

1. Smoking is not permitted inside the house, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and any enclosed areas.

2. Please use the house with care and respect, taking care of the furniture, linens, kitchenware, appliances, and all other items throughout your stay.

3. If you use the barbecue or gourmet area, please leave the space in an appropriate state of cleanliness and organization after use.

4. Do not flush paper, sanitary products, wipes, or any other items down the toilet. Please always use the bins provided in the bathrooms.

5. To preserve the appearance of the house and condominium, please do not hang clothes, towels, or other items on balconies, windows, façades, fences, or any visible outdoor areas. Please use only the designated areas.

6. Glassware is not permitted in the pool or outdoor areas. Food and beverages are also not allowed inside the pool.

7. Unauthorized parties, events, or gatherings are not permitted.

8. Visitors are not permitted without prior authorization and registration at the condominium entrance.

9. Failure to comply with the house or condominium rules may result in a warning, charges for any resulting damages, and fines ranging from **R$200 to R$2,500**, in addition to any condominium-imposed fine, depending on the nature of the violation.

## Condominium Etiquette

1. Please respect the common areas, as well as other guests, residents, and condominium staff.

2. The use of sound systems must always comply with local laws and the condominium’s internal rules. After **10:00 PM**, it is essential to keep noise to a minimum and avoid any sounds that may disturb neighbors.

3. Children must always be accompanied by a responsible adult, especially in common areas, swimming pools, sports courts, and other leisure areas.

4. Vehicles must remain only in the parking spaces permitted and previously registered for access.

5. The condominium may apply its own rules and penalties in case of non-compliance with its internal regulations.

## Linen Policy

Please pay special attention to the proper use of the linens provided, including towels, bed sheets, blankets, and other items available during your stay.

Please avoid using the linens in situations that may cause permanent stains, such as contact with makeup, tanning products, hair dyes, food, wine, or chemical products.

Linens that are stained, torn, burned, or otherwise damaged may incur a replacement or damage charge starting at **R$50 per item**, depending on the type and extent of the damage.

## Responsible Energy Use

We kindly ask you to use electricity responsibly throughout your stay. Please turn off lights, air conditioning, and other electrical appliances whenever they are not in use.

## Check-out Instructions

At the end of your stay, please kindly follow these guidelines:

1. Turn off all lights, air conditioning units, TVs, and other electrical appliances.

2. Leave the house in an acceptable general state of organization and cleanliness.

3. Return furniture and other items to their original places if they were moved during your stay.

4. Dispose of all garbage in the designated collection areas.

5. Inform us of any damaged or broken items, or anything that requires maintenance, so our team can arrange the necessary replacement or repair.

6. Please inform us in advance of your expected departure time so that we can coordinate the inspection and key return according to the procedures for the property.
