1. Linen Rules

Please take special care when using the linens and avoid improper use that may cause stains. Please use the items carefully and responsibly. Stains, including makeup stains, or damages may result in a fee of R$50 to R$250, depending on the value of the item.

2. No Smoking Indoors

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. A smoke detector is installed in the unit to ensure everyone's safety.

3. Do Not Flush Paper Down the Toilets

Please use the trash bins provided in the bathrooms.

4. Quiet Hours

Please respect the condominium's quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Absolute silence is required during this period.

5. Do Not Hang Clothes or Towels on Balconies or Windows

Please use the indoor drying rack or another appropriate area to dry clothes and towels.

6. No Glassware in the Balcony or Pool Area

The use of glass cups, bottles, or similar items is prohibited in the balcony and pool areas. Eating and drinking inside the pool is also not allowed.

7. No Loud Personal Music in the Pool Area

To maintain a peaceful environment, loud music is not permitted in the common areas.

8. Condominium Restrictions

* Do not engage in behavior that may negatively affect the value, safety, or well-being of the condominium.

* Do not leave personal belongings or objects in common areas, including entrances, passageways, or parking spaces.

* Storing dangerous or flammable substances inside the units or in common areas is prohibited.

* All trash must be disposed of in the designated containers. Do not leave or throw garbage outside the appropriate disposal areas.

9. Use of Common Areas

Gourmet Area:

The Gourmet Area may not be used for parties or events. Please use the space respectfully and avoid disturbing other residents and guests, especially after 10:00 PM.

Swimming Pool:

The pool is restricted to condominium residents and guests, with a maximum limit of 6 people per unit. Glassware and similar utensils are prohibited in the pool area. Pool hours are from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Gym:

Please wear appropriate clothing and return all equipment to its proper place after use. Food and beverages are not allowed inside the gym.

Fines:

Failure to comply with the condominium rules may result in fines ranging from R$200 to R$1,500.

Conscious Energy Use

Please turn off all lights, air conditioners, TVs, and other appliances before leaving the property. This helps preserve resources and avoid unnecessary energy consumption.

Check-out Time

Our standard check-out time is 11:00 AM. If you would like to check out later, you may request an extension, which will be evaluated according to the property's operational schedule and availability.

Check-out Instructions

1. Before leaving the property, turn off all lights, air conditioners, TVs, and other appliances.

2. Leave the property in an acceptable state of cleanliness and return any furniture that was moved to its original position. Please inform us if anything was damaged or broken during your stay, as an inspection will be carried out after check-out.

3. Before leaving, place the trash in the designated collection bin near the entrance/concierge.

4. Upon departure, leave the keys at the concierge and inform them of your unit number.
