### Check-in & Check-out

**Check-in:** From 2:00 PM.

**Check-out:** Our standard check-out time is by 12:00 PM.

If you would like to check out later, we can check whether this is possible depending on operational availability on the date of your departure. **Late check-out is only available with prior confirmation.**

## House Rules

1. Smoking is not permitted inside the house, including bedrooms, bathrooms, or any enclosed areas.

2. Please use the house with care and respect, taking care of all furniture, linens, towels, kitchenware, appliances, and other items provided during your stay.

3. If you use the gourmet/barbecue area, please leave the space in a clean and appropriate condition after use.

4. Do not flush toilet paper, sanitary products, wipes, or any other items down the toilet. Please use the waste bins provided in the bathrooms.

5. To preserve the appearance of the house and condominium, please do not hang clothes, towels, or other items on balconies, windows, façades, fences, or any visible outdoor areas. Please use the designated areas only.

6. Glassware and other glass items are not permitted in the pool or outdoor areas. Eating or drinking inside the pool is also not permitted.

7. Unauthorized parties, events, or gatherings are not permitted.

8. Visitors are not permitted.

9. Failure to comply with the house or condominium rules may result in a warning, charges for any damages, and fines ranging from **R$200 to R$2,500**, in addition to any applicable condominium fines, depending on the nature of the violation.

## Condominium Guidelines & Good Neighbor Policy

1. Please respect the common areas, as well as other guests, residents, and condominium staff.

2. Sound and music must always comply with local laws and the condominium's internal rules. **After 10:00 PM, it is essential to keep noise to a minimum and avoid any sounds that may disturb neighbors.**

3. Children must always be accompanied by a responsible adult, especially in common areas, swimming pools, sports courts, and other recreational areas.

4. Vehicles must be parked only in the spaces permitted and previously registered for access.

5. The condominium may enforce its own rules and penalties in the event of non-compliance with its internal regulations.

6. **Visitors are not permitted.**

## Linen & Towel Policy

Please take special care when using the linens and towels provided, including bed sheets, blankets, towels, and other items made available during your stay.

Please avoid using the linens and towels in situations that may cause permanent stains, such as removing makeup, applying tanning products, handling hair dye, food, wine, or chemical products.

Items that are stained, torn, burned, or otherwise damaged may result in a replacement charge **starting at R$50 per item**, depending on the type and extent of the damage.

## Responsible Energy Use

Please use electricity responsibly throughout your stay.

Remember to turn off lights, air conditioning, TVs, and other electrical appliances whenever they are not in use or when leaving the house.

## Check-out Instructions

At the end of your stay, please kindly follow these guidelines:

1. Turn off all lights, air conditioning units, TVs, and other appliances.

2. Leave the house in a generally organized and reasonably clean condition.

3. Return furniture and other objects to their original place
