# Important Information & House Rules

We want your stay to be relaxing, comfortable, and special from beginning to end. To ensure everyone's well-being and maintain a pleasant environment within the property and condominium, we kindly ask you to read and follow the guidelines below.

## Check-in & Check-out

**Check-in:** From 2:00 PM (14:00).

**Check-out:** By 12:00 PM (noon).

If you would like to check out later, we can check whether this is possible, depending on operational availability on your departure date. Late check-out must always be requested in advance and is subject to prior confirmation.

## House Rules

1. Smoking is not permitted inside the house, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and all enclosed areas.

2. Please treat the property with care and respect, taking good care of the furniture, linens, kitchenware, and appliances throughout your stay.

3. If you use the barbecue or outdoor gourmet area, please leave the space clean and in good condition after use.

4. Do not flush toilet paper, sanitary products, wipes, or any other items down the toilet. Please use the bins provided in the bathrooms.

5. To preserve the appearance of the property and condominium, do not hang clothes, towels, or other items on balconies, windows, façades, fences, or other visible outdoor areas. Please use designated drying areas only.

6. Glassware is not permitted in the pool area or other outdoor areas. Eating or drinking inside the pool is also prohibited.

7. Unauthorized parties, events, and gatherings are not permitted.

8. Visitors are not permitted without prior authorization and registration with the condominium's security desk.

9. Failure to comply with the house rules or condominium regulations may result in a warning, charges for any damage caused, and fines ranging from **R$200 to R$2,500**, in addition to any fines imposed by the condominium, depending on the nature of the violation.

## Condominium Guidelines

1. Please respect the common areas, as well as other guests, residents, and condominium staff.

2. Sound systems and music must comply with local laws and the condominium's rules. After 10:00 PM (22:00), please keep noise to a minimum and avoid disturbing neighbors.

3. Children must always be accompanied by a responsible adult, especially in common areas, swimming pools, sports courts, and other recreational facilities.

4. Vehicles must be parked only in authorized spaces assigned or indicated during the access registration process.

5. The condominium may impose its own rules and penalties in the event of violations of its internal regulations.

## Linen & Towels Policy

Please take special care when using the linens and towels provided, including bed sheets, towels, blankets, and other items.

Avoid using these items in ways that may cause permanent stains, particularly from makeup, tanning products, hair dye, food, wine, or chemicals.

Items that are stained, torn, burned, or otherwise damaged may be subject to replacement charges starting at **R$50 per item**, depending on the type and extent of the damage.

## Responsible Energy Use

We kindly ask you to use electricity responsibly throughout your stay. Please turn off lights, air conditioning, TVs, and other electrical appliances whenever they are not needed, especially when leaving the property.

## Check-out Instructions

At the end of your stay, please follow these instructions:

1. Turn off all lights, air conditioning units, TVs, and other electrical appliances.

2. Leave the property reasonably tidy and in an acceptable state of cleanliness.

3. Return any furniture or items you have moved to their original positions.

4. Dispose of all trash in the designated collection areas.

5. Please report any damaged or broken items, or anything requiring maintenance, so our team can arrange the necessary repairs or replacements.

6. Let us know your expected departure time in advance so we can coordinate the property inspection and key return according to the procedures for your unit.
