General notes
We are located in the central part of Tatuamunha Beach, about 120 km from Maceió Airport (a 2h15–2h45 drive) and approximately 190 km from Recife Airport. The roads for both routes are in good condition. When coming from Recife, you can drive the entire way (averaging 4h–4h30) or take a shortcut using the Porto de Pedras–Japaratinga ferry (usually 3h30–4h, depending on the queue).
It is about 8 km (12–18 min) from Naay to the ferry boarding point. The ferry is safe; the crossing takes place on a calm river, spans about 500 meters, and lasts around 7–10 minutes (excluding boarding and disembarking time). Please check availability and schedules online before setting out. We recommend renting a car to get around, as there are many amazing beaches within a radius of about 20 km (10–30 min). Taxis, motorcycle taxis, and local drivers are also available.

Stroll along the local beaches, such as Praia de Tatuamunha, located just a few meters away, known for its crystal-clear, calm waters—perfect for relaxing and connecting with nature. If you prefer, by car or motorcycle you can venture farther and visit São Miguel dos Milagres, about 10 km away, with its stunning beaches and the well-known manatee preservation project, located in Porto de Pedras. Don’t miss Mirante do Alto do Cruzeiro, approximately 15 km away, where you can enjoy breathtaking panoramic views.

Information about transportation

1. When leaving the unit, please turn off the lights, air conditioning, and TVs.
2. Leave the space in a reasonably clean condition. Return any moved furniture to its original position. Please inform us if anything was damaged or broken during your stay, as we will inspect the unit upon your departure.
3. Upon leaving, please take the trash to the collection bin near the front desk/concierge area.
4. When leaving, please drop off the keys at the front desk/concierge and provide your unit number.
** House and Building Rules:
1. Linens Policy: Please take special care when using the linens to avoid misuse that could cause stains. We ask for careful handling; please note that stains (such as from makeup) or damage will result in a charge for the affected items.
2. Smoking is prohibited indoors (the apartment is equipped with smoke detectors).
3. To use the barbecue grill, please read the manual beforehand to prevent damage from misuse or accidents. We ask that you clean the grill after use.
4. Do not flush paper down the toilets; please use the bathroom trash bins.
5. Quiet hours: Absolute silence after 10:00 PM.
6. Hanging clothes or towels on the balcony or out of windows is prohibited.
7. If trash accumulates, please put it out for collection by 9:00 AM or deposit it in the designated bins within the complex.
8. Glassware is prohibited on the balcony and in the pool area. Do not consume food or drinks in the pool.
Failure to comply with these rules is subject to fines ranging from R$50 to R$1,500.
