# House Rules and Guest Guidelines

We want your stay to be comfortable, relaxing, and special from beginning to end. To ensure everyone's well-being and maintain a pleasant environment within the property and condominium, we kindly ask you to observe the following guidelines.

## Check-in and Check-out

**Check-in:** From 3:00 PM.

**Check-out:** By 11:00 AM.

If you would like to check out later, we can check whether this is possible based on operational availability on your departure date. Late check-out must always be requested in advance and is subject to prior confirmation.

## House Rules

1. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and all enclosed areas.

2. Please treat the property with care and respect, taking good care of the furniture, linens, kitchenware, and appliances throughout your stay.

3. If you use the barbecue or outdoor gourmet area, please leave the space clean and in good condition after use.

4. Do not flush toilet paper, sanitary products, wet wipes, or any other items down the toilet. Please use the bins provided in the bathrooms.

5. To preserve the appearance of the property and condominium, do not hang clothes, towels, or other items on balconies, windows, facades, fences, or other visible outdoor areas. Please use the designated drying areas.

6. Glassware is not permitted in the pool or outdoor areas. Eating and drinking inside the pool are also prohibited.

7. Unauthorized parties, events, and gatherings are not permitted.

8. Visitors are not allowed without prior authorization and registration with the condominium's security desk.

9. Failure to comply with house or condominium rules may result in a warning, charges for any damages, and fines ranging from R$200 to R$2,500, in addition to any applicable condominium fines, depending on the nature of the violation.

## Condominium Etiquette

1. Please respect the common areas, as well as other guests, residents, and condominium staff.

2. Music and other sound must comply with local laws and the condominium's internal regulations. After 10:00 PM, please keep noise to a minimum and avoid disturbing neighboring residents.

3. Children must always be supervised by a responsible adult, especially in common areas, swimming pools, sports courts, and other recreational facilities.

4. Vehicles must be parked only in authorized spaces specified in the access registration.

5. The condominium may impose its own penalties for violations of its internal regulations.

## Linen and Towel Policy

Please take special care when using the linens and towels provided, including bath towels, bed sheets, blankets, and other items.

Avoid using these items in ways that may cause permanent stains or damage. This includes contact with makeup, tanning products, hair dyes, food, wine, and chemicals.

Items that are stained, torn, burned, or otherwise damaged may be subject to replacement or damage charges starting at R$50 per item, depending on the type and extent of the damage.

## Responsible Energy Use

We kindly ask you to use electricity responsibly throughout your stay. Please turn off lights, air conditioning, and other electrical appliances whenever they are not needed, especially when leaving the property.

## Check-out Instructions

At the end of your stay, please follow these simple steps:

1. Turn off all lights, air conditioning units, TVs, and other electrical appliances.

2. Leave the property in a reasonably clean and tidy condition.

3. Return any furniture or items you have moved to their original positions.

4. Dispose of all rubbish in the designated collection areas.

5. Please inform us of any damaged or broken items, or anything requiring maintenance, so our team can arrange the necessary repairs or replacements.

6. Let us know your expected departure time in advance so we can coordinate the property inspection and key return according to the procedures for your unit.
