Maceió Airport (Zumbi dos Palmares): Approximately 130 km to Villa Naluri, which takes about 1h40 to 2h by car via AL-101 North.

Recife Airport (Guararapes): Approximately 130 km to Villa Naluri, with a journey time of 2 to 2.5 hours by car. The route follows BR-101 South to Cabo de Santo Agostinho, then PE-60 to São José da Coroa Grande, and finally AL-101 North to Japaratinga.

1. Linen Use Guidelines: Please handle the linen with care, avoiding improper use that may cause stains. Note that stains (e.g., makeup) or damage will incur a fee of R$100 per item.

2. No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. Smoke detectors are installed to ensure everyone's safety.

3. Proper Waste Disposal: Do not flush paper down the toilets. Please use the bathroom trash bins provided.

4. Quiet Hours: Absolute silence is required after 11 PM. The condominium's quiet hours are from 11 PM to 8 AM.

5. Clothing and Towel Drying: Do not hang clothes or towels on balconies or windows. Please use the indoor drying rack or another appropriate space.

6. Prohibited Items in Certain Areas: Glass utensils are not allowed on balconies or in the pool area. Additionally, consuming food or drinks in the pool is prohibited.

7. No Loud Music by the Pool: To maintain a peaceful environment, personal loud music is not allowed in common areas.

8. Condominium Prohibitions: Avoid behaviors that may harm the value or well-being of the condominium; Do not leave objects in common areas like entrances, pathways, or parking lots; Storing hazardous or flammable substances in units or common areas is strictly prohibited; Always dispose of trash in the designated bins. Do not litter outside designated areas.

9. Use of Common Areas:

Gourmet Space: Not available for parties or events. Usage must respect other residents, especially after 10 PM.

Pool: Reserved for residents and guests, with a limit of up to 6 people per unit. Glass and similar utensils are not permitted in the pool area. Operating hours: 9 AM to 8 PM.

Gym: Wear appropriate attire and return equipment after use. Food and drinks are not allowed in the gym.

10. Conscious Energy Use: Please turn off all appliances and lights when leaving the unit to conserve resources and prevent waste.

11. Check-Out Time: The standard check-out time is 11 AM. You may request a later check-out, subject to availability.

12. Check-Out Instructions: Turn off lights, air conditioners, and TVs before leaving; Leave the unit in an acceptable state of cleanliness. Return any moved furniture to its original position; Notify us of any damage or breakage during your stay, as we will inspect the unit upon your departure; Dispose of trash in the bin near the entrance gate; Leave the keys at the front desk and inform the unit number upon leaving.
