General notes
We are located in the central region of Praia do Patacho, exactly 120 km from Maceió Airport and 190 km from Recife Airport. The road on both routes is in good condition. Coming from Recife, you can take the highway or shorten the journey by taking the ferry across Japaratinga. The ferry is very safe, the crossing is on a calm river, and the distance is only 500m. Ferry availability should be checked online.
To get around here, we recommend renting a car, as there are so many incredible beaches within a 20 km radius. However, you also have the option of using taxis, motorcycle taxis, and local drivers.

**House and Condominium Rules:**
1. Smoking is prohibited indoors.
2. Do not dispose of paper in the toilets.
3. Pool: Open from 9 AM to 10 PM.
4. Absolute silence after 10 PM throughout the condominium.
5. Glassware is prohibited in common areas, especially around the pool and hot tub.
6. Do not hang clothes or towels on the balcony or windows.
7. Dispose of trash in the nearest bin.
8. Before using the barbecue, read the manual available in the balcony cabinet and follow the cleaning instructions afterward.
9. Turn off all appliances and lights when leaving.
10. Wristbands: Wearing wristbands is mandatory for all guests.
11. Noise and Sound: Not allowed in common areas during the day and prohibited throughout the condominium after 10 PM.
12. Linen Rules: Please take special care when using the linens, avoiding improper use that may cause stains. Any stains (such as makeup) or damage will result in a fine of R$100 per item.
**Fines:**
- Violating rules 1 to 12 may result in fines ranging from R$200 to R$1,500.
**Conscious Energy Use:**
Be mindful of energy consumption. Turn off all appliances and lights before leaving to conserve resources and avoid waste.
**Check-out Time:**
Our standard check-out time is 10 AM, but you may request a later check-out, subject to schedule availability.
**Check-out Instructions:**
1. Before leaving, turn off lights, air conditioning units, and TVs.
2. Leave the space in an acceptable state of cleanliness. Return any moved furniture to its original position. Inform us if anything was damaged or broken during your stay, as we will conduct an inspection upon departure.
3. Dispose of trash in the bin near the entrance.
