Hello! Welcome to Flat Pistachio, our cozy space designed to host guests the way we like to be welcomed. Everything has been thoughtfully arranged to offer the best possible comfort and convenience! We can accommodate up to six adults, with two full suites, air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room, and a sofa bed in the living area. We're located at Praia do Boqueirão in Japaratinga, close to the ferry that takes you to Porto de Pedras and Milagres, and also very near Maragogi!

Maceió Airport (Zumbi dos Palmares): Approximately 130 km from Villa Naluri, which takes about 1h40 to 2h by car via AL-101 North.

Recife Airport (Guararapes): Approximately 130 km from Villa Naluri, with a drive that takes between 2h and 2h30. The route goes via BR-101 South to Cabo de Santo Agostinho, then PE-60 to São José da Coroa Grande, and finally AL-101 North to Japaratinga.

By Car:

To reach Villa Naluri, follow AL-101 North. The road is well signposted.

By Ferry:

If you prefer to take the ferry, there is a crossing available between Porto de Pedras and Japaratinga. It’s a unique experience, especially if you're travelling by car. The ferry can carry up to four vehicles at a time and is very safe. To avoid unexpected delays, it's recommended to check the ferry schedule and availability in advance, especially on holidays or weekends when demand may be higher.

O acesso por ambas as rotas é bom, com estradas pavimentadas. Se vier de Maceió, você pode optar por seguir o caminho rodoviário completo ou cortar o trajeto usando a balsa que atravessa o rio em Japaratinga. A travessia de balsa é tranquila e segura, em um trecho curto de apenas 500 metros. Recomendamos verificar online os horários da balsa para planejar a travessia com antecedência. Para explorar a região e suas praias paradisíacas, recomendamos alugar um carro. As distâncias são curtas, e você encontrará várias praias incríveis num raio de 20 km. No entanto, também há a opção de utilizar táxis, mototáxis ou motoristas locais que podem ser contratados na região.

Linen Use: Please take special care when using the linens to avoid stains or misuse. Makeup stains or damage will result in a fee of R$100 per item.

No smoking indoors: The apartment has a smoke detector to ensure everyone's safety.

Do not throw paper in the toilets: Please use the bathroom trash bins.

Absolute silence after 11 PM: Respect the condominium’s quiet hours, from 11 PM to 8 AM.

No hanging clothes or towels on balconies or windows: Use the indoor drying rack or another suitable space.

No glassware in the pool or on the balcony: Eating or drinking in the pool is prohibited.

No loud personal sound systems in the pool area: Loud music is not permitted in common areas to maintain a peaceful environment.

Condominium Prohibitions:

- Do not engage in behaviour that may harm the value or well-being of the condominium.

- Do not place objects in common areas such as entrances, hallways, or parking spaces.

- Do not store hazardous or flammable substances in units or shared spaces.

- Always dispose of trash in the appropriate bins. Do not litter in undesignated areas.

Use of Common Areas:

Gourmet Area: Not allowed for parties or events. Use must be respectful and not disturb other residents, especially after 10 PM.

Pool: Use is limited to residents and guests, with a maximum of 6 people per unit. Glass items and similar utensils are prohibited in the pool area. Pool hours are from 9 AM to 8 PM.

Gym: Wear appropriate clothing and return equipment after use. No food or drinks are allowed in the gym.

Energy Consciousness: Turn off all lights and appliances before leaving to preserve resources and avoid waste.

Check-out Time: Our usual check-out time is 11 AM, but you may request a late check-out depending on availability.

Check-out Instructions:

Turn off all lights, air conditioning units, and TVs when leaving the unit.

Leave the space in an acceptable, clean condition. Return any moved furniture to its original place. Please inform us if anything was damaged or broken during your stay, as an inspection will be done at check-out.

Take out the trash and place it in the bin near the entrance.

Leave the keys at the reception and inform them of your unit number.
