2. Community Etiquette and Behavior:
Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents. Avoid excessive noise at all times.
Gym and Playroom: Use is allowed only for registered guests.
Common Areas: Alcohol consumption and smoking are not permitted in any shared spaces.
Elevators: Use them respectfully and do not exceed the maximum capacity.
3. Parking and Access:
Parking: Park only in the designated parking space assigned to your unit.
4. Use of Facilities:
Pool: Glass objects are strictly prohibited in the pool area. Proper swimwear is required.
Gym: Only use with appropriate workout clothing and footwear.
Kids’ Playroom: Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
5. Safety and Cleanliness:
Trash: Dispose of trash in the appropriate bins and help keep common areas clean. Maintain the apartment tidy during your stay.
Maintenance: Report any maintenance issues to building management.
Security: Always lock windows and doors when leaving the apartment. Do not leave them open while away to ensure safety.
6. Prohibited:
Pets: Pets are not allowed in the apartment or building.
Parties and Events: Parties and events are not allowed in the apartment or any common areas to ensure peace and respect for neighbors.
Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
7. Check-out:

8. Fines:
Failure to comply with any of the above rules may result in fines ranging from R$200 to R$1,400, depending on the severity of the violation.
