Apartment Rules
1. Facility Hours:
Gym: 5 AM to 10 PM
Kids' Room: 9 AM to 8 PM
Swimming Pool: 9 AM to 10 PM
Laundry Room: 24 hours
2. Behavior and Coexistence:
Quiet Hours: Please respect the quiet period from 10 PM to 7 AM. Avoid loud noise and disturbances.
Gym and Kids' Room: Use is exclusive to registered guests.
Common Areas: Alcohol consumption and smoking are not allowed.
Elevators: Use responsibly and observe the maximum capacity.
3. Parking and Access:
Parking: Use only the designated parking space.
4. Use of Facilities:
Pool: Glass objects are not allowed. Appropriate swimwear is required.
Gym: Wear proper clothing and shoes.
Kids' Room: Children must be accompanied by an adult.
5. Safety and Cleanliness:
Trash: Dispose of garbage in the appropriate bins. Keep the apartment and common areas clean.
Maintenance: Report any issues to the building management.
Security: Always lock doors and windows when leaving.
6. Prohibited:
Pets: Not allowed.
Parties/Events: Not allowed.
Smoking: Strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
7. Check-out:
