We are located in Praia do Marceneiro, approximately 95 km from Maceió Airport and 165 km from Recife Airport. The road on both routes is quiet. Coming from Recife, you can opt for the road route or take the ferry in Japaratinga, which crosses a calm river with just 500 meters of crossing (check availability online). To get around the region, we suggest renting a car, as there are several incredible beaches within a 20 km radius. Alternatively, taxis, motorcycle taxis and local drivers are available.
GPS: Use navigation applications such as Google Maps or Waze by entering "Villa Anahi". Road Conditions: The main road to the entrance to Praia do Marceneiro is paved.

Taxis and mototaxis are available for short trips. However, these services can be harder to find in more remote areas (rideshare services like Uber are not yet available in the region).
3. Bicycles:
There are some companies in the area that rent bicycles, and exploring the region by bike can be a very pleasant experience.

When leaving the unit, please turn off all lights, air conditioners, and TVs.
Leave the property in acceptable clean condition. Return any moved furniture to its original place. Please inform us if anything was damaged or broken during your stay, as a departure inspection will be carried out after check-out.
Dispose of trash in the collection bins located near the gate/entrance.
Leave the keys at the front desk/portaria and inform the unit number.
House and Condominium Rules
Linen Rules: Please take special care when using bed and bath linens, avoiding improper use that may cause stains. Any stains (such as makeup) or damage will result in a fine of R$50 per item. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Smoking is prohibited inside the unit (the apartment is equipped with a smoke detector).
After using the barbecue/grill, please clean it.
Do not dispose of paper in the toilets; please use the bathroom trash bins.
Absolute silence after 11:00 PM.
Hanging clothes or towels on balconies or windows is prohibited.
If trash accumulates, please dispose of it in the condominium’s designated bins.
The use of glass utensils is prohibited in the balcony/pool area; eating or drinking in the pool is not allowed.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in fines ranging from R$50 to R$1,500.
