General notes
We are located in Praia do Marceneiro, approximately 95 km from Maceió Airport and 165 km from Recife Airport. The road on both routes is quiet. Coming from Recife, you can opt for the road route or take the ferry in Japaratinga, which crosses a calm river with just 500 meters of crossing (check availability online). To get around the region, we suggest renting a car, as there are several incredible beaches within a 20 km radius. Alternatively, taxis, motorcycle taxis and local drivers are available.

Taxis and mototaxis are available for short trips. However, these services can be harder to find in more remote areas (rideshare services like Uber are not yet available in the region).
3. Bicycles:
There are some companies in the area that rent bicycles, and exploring the region by bike can be a very pleasant experience.

Before leaving, please turn off all lights, air conditioners, and TVs.
Leave the apartment in an acceptable state of cleanliness and return any moved furniture to its original position.
Inform us of any damage or breakage during your stay, as a departure inspection will be conducted.
Dispose of all trash in the designated bins near the concierge/security gate.
Leave the keys at the concierge desk and inform them of the apartment number.
House & Condominium Rules
Linen Policy: Please take special care when using bed linens and towels. Stains (including makeup) or damage will incur a fee of R$50 per item.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment (smoke detectors are installed).
After using the barbecue/grill, please clean it properly.
Do not dispose of paper in the toilets; use the bathroom trash bins.
Absolute silence is required after 11:00 PM.
Hanging clothes or towels on balconies or windows is not allowed.
If trash accumulates during your stay, please dispose of it in the condominium’s designated bins.
Glassware is not allowed in the balcony or pool areas. Eating or drinking inside the pool is prohibited.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in fines ranging from R$50 to R$1,500, in accordance with condominium regulations.
