Estamos localizados na Praia do Marceneiro, dentro do Reserva Porangatu, a aproximadamente 95 km do Aeroporto de Maceió e 165 km do Aeroporto de Recife. O acesso por ambas as rotas é tranquilo. Vindo de Recife, você pode seguir totalmente por via terrestre ou optar pela balsa em Japaratinga, que realiza uma travessia rápida e segura de cerca de 500 metros (consulte disponibilidade antecipadamente). Para circular na região, recomendamos alugar um carro, pois as praias mais famosas e os principais pontos turísticos estão distribuídos ao longo da Rota dos Milagres. Caso prefira, há também táxis, mototáxis e motoristas locais disponíveis. GPS e Navegação Utilize Google Maps ou Waze inserindo como referência: “Condominio Zama – Praia do Marceneiro, Passo de Camaragibe – AL” Condições da Estrada A estrada principal até a entrada do condomínio é totalmente pavimentada. O trecho interno do Reserva Porangatu é bem estruturado, porém alguns acessos às casas podem incluir pavimentação intertravada e pequenos trechos de terra, exigindo apenas atenção redobrada em dias de chuva.

Leave the space in a reasonably clean condition. Return any moved furniture to its original place. Please inform us if anything was damaged or broken during your stay, as a property inspection will be conducted upon your departure.
Dispose of all trash in the designated bins near the gate/entrance.
Leave the keys at the gatehouse and inform the unit number upon departure.

Linens & Towels: Please take special care when using linens and towels to avoid stains. Makeup stains or any damage will result in a R$50 fee per item.
Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors (the property is equipped with smoke detectors).
Barbecue Area: Please clean the grill after use.
Toilets: Do not flush paper — use the bathroom bins provided.
Quiet Hours: Strict silence is required after 11:00 PM.
Balcony/Windows: Do not hang clothes or towels outside.
Trash Disposal: If trash accumulates, please dispose of it in the condominium’s designated bins.
Glassware & Pool Rules: Glass items are not allowed in the balcony or pool area. Food and drinks are not permitted inside the pool.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in fines ranging from R$50 to R$1,500.
