Located in the exclusive Condomínio Riviera Patacho, we are very close to Praia do Patacho, just 2 minutes by car. Our location is very good for those who want to discover the Rota dos Milagres and also explore Japaratinga and Maragogi.

The property has two air-conditioned suites, accommodating up to 6 people. Outdoor area with private pool, barbecue and dining area! To complete the experience, we provide a beach kit, ensuring more practicality during your stay.

We are located in the central region of Praia do Patacho (2 minutes by car), exactly 120 km from Maceió Airport and 190 km from Recife Airport. The road on both routes is good. Coming from Recife, you can use the road or take the ferry that crosses Japaratinga.

The ferry is very safe, the crossing is done on a calm river and the distance is only 500m. Ferry availability must be checked online. To get around here, we recommend renting a car, as there are so many incredible beaches within a 20 km radius. But you have the option of using taxis, motorcycle taxis and drivers in the region.

If you would like to check in earlier or check out later, please make a request and we will review whether it is possible. We are often able to help! Check out the essential information below: House and Condominium Rules:

1. Smoking inside is prohibited.

2. Do not throw paper in the toilets.

3. Swimming pool: Free use from 9am to 10pm.

4. Absolute silence after 11pm throughout the condominium.

5. Glass utensils are prohibited around the pool.

6. Do not hang clothes/towels on the balcony or windows.

7. Dispose of rubbish in the nearest bin.

8. Turn off all appliances and lights when leaving.

9. Sound and Noise: They are prohibited in common areas throughout the day and throughout the condominium after 11pm.

10. Layette Rules: We ask for special attention when using the layette, avoiding misuse which could result in stains. We ask for care and diligence, informing that stains (makeup) or damage will result in a fine of R$100 per item.

Fines:

- Failure to comply with rules 1 to 10 is subject to fines, ranging from R$200 to R$1,500.

Check-out Time: Our usual check-out time is 11am, but you can request a later check-out review depending on schedule availability.

Checkout Instructions:

1. When leaving the unit, turn off lights, air conditioners and TVs.

2. Deliver the space in an acceptable state of cleanliness. Reposition moved furniture. Please let us know if anything was damaged or broken during your stay, as we will be inspecting the delivery when you leave.

3. When leaving, leave the keys at the reception and provide the unit number.
