# Welcome & House Guidelines

We want your stay to be comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable from beginning to end. To ensure a pleasant experience for all guests and maintain harmony within the condominium, please take a moment to review the guidelines below.

## Check-in & Check-out

**Check-in:** From 3:00 PM

**Check-out:** By 11:00 AM

If you would like a later check-out, we can verify availability based on operational conditions for your departure date. Late check-out is always subject to prior confirmation.

## House Rules

1. Smoking is not permitted inside the house, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and any enclosed areas.

2. Please treat the property with care and respect, preserving all furniture, linens, utensils, appliances, and equipment throughout your stay.

3. If you use the barbecue area and outdoor kitchen, please leave the space in a clean and orderly condition after use.

4. Do not dispose of paper, sanitary products, wipes, or any other items in the toilets. Please use the waste bins provided in the bathrooms.

5. To preserve the appearance of the house and condominium, do not hang clothes, towels, or other items on balconies, windows, façades, fences, or visible outdoor areas. Please use the designated drying areas only.

6. Glassware is not permitted in the pool area or outdoor leisure areas. Food and beverages must not be consumed inside the swimming pool.

7. Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are not permitted.

8. Visitors are not allowed without prior authorization and registration at the condominium gate.

9. Failure to comply with house or condominium rules may result in warnings, charges for damages, and fines ranging from R$200 to R$2,500, in addition to any condominium penalties that may apply.

## Condominium Guidelines

1. Please respect common areas, other guests, residents, and condominium staff at all times.

2. The use of sound equipment must comply with local regulations and condominium rules. After 10:00 PM, quiet hours apply, and noise must be kept to a minimum.

3. Children must always be supervised by a responsible adult, especially in common areas, swimming pools, sports courts, and recreational facilities.

4. Vehicles must be parked only in authorized spaces previously registered for access.

5. The condominium administration may apply its own rules and penalties in the event of non-compliance.

## Linen & Towels Policy

Please take special care when using towels, bed linens, blankets, and all other provided items.

Avoid using linens in situations that may cause permanent stains, such as exposure to makeup, tanning products, hair dye, food, wine, or chemicals.

Stained, torn, burned, or otherwise damaged items may result in replacement charges starting at R$50 per item, depending on the extent of the damage.

## Responsible Energy Use

We kindly ask all guests to use electricity responsibly throughout their stay.

## Check-out Instructions

Before departure, please:

1. Turn off all lights, air-conditioning units, televisions, and other electrical equipment.

2. Leave the house in a reasonably clean and organized condition.

3. Return any moved furniture or decorative items to their original locations.

4. Dispose of all garbage in the designated collection areas.

5. Inform us of any damaged, broken, or malfunctioning items so that repairs or replacements can be arranged.

6. Notify us in advance of your expected departure time so we can coordinate the property inspection and key return procedure.
