We want your stay to be comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable from beginning to end. To ensure the well-being of all guests and maintain a pleasant environment within the condominium, we kindly ask you to read and follow the guidelines below.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

Check-in

From 3:00 PM.

Check-out

Our standard check-out time is until 11:00 AM.

If you would like a late check-out, we can verify availability for your departure date. Late check-out is only available upon prior confirmation.

HOUSE RULES

1. Smoking is not permitted inside the house, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and all indoor areas.

2. Please use the property with care and respect, preserving the furniture, linens, utensils, appliances, and all equipment throughout your stay.

3. If you use the barbecue and gourmet area, please leave the space clean and in good condition after use.

4. Do not flush toilet paper, sanitary products, wet wipes, or any other items down the toilet. Please use the waste bins provided in the bathrooms.

5. To preserve the appearance of the property and the condominium, do not hang clothes, towels, or any other items on balconies, windows, fences, exterior walls, or other visible outdoor areas. Please use only the appropriate drying areas.

6. Glassware is not permitted in the pool or outdoor areas. Food and beverages are not allowed inside the swimming pool.

7. Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are not permitted.

8. Visitors are not allowed without prior authorization and registration with the condominium security.

9. Failure to comply with the house or condominium rules may result in warnings, charges for any damages, fines ranging from R$200 to R$2,500, and any condominium fines applicable to the violation.

CONDOMINIUM RULES

1. Please respect the common areas, other guests, residents, and condominium staff.

2. The use of sound equipment must comply with local laws and the condominium regulations. After 10:00 PM, quiet hours must be observed, and any noise that may disturb neighbors should be avoided.

3. Children must always be supervised by a responsible adult, especially in common areas, the swimming pool, sports courts, and other leisure facilities.

4. Vehicles must be parked only in the designated parking spaces informed during the access registration process.

5. The condominium administration may apply its own rules and penalties in the event of non-compliance with its internal regulations.

LINEN POLICY

Please take special care of all linens provided during your stay, including towels, bed linens, blankets, and other fabric items.

Avoid using the linens in situations that may cause permanent stains, such as makeup, sunscreen or tanning products, hair dye, food, wine, or chemical products.

Stained, torn, burned, or otherwise damaged linens may result in replacement charges starting from R$50 per item, depending on the type and extent of the damage.

RESPONSIBLE ENERGY USE

We kindly ask that you use electricity responsibly throughout your stay.

Whenever you leave the property or when equipment is not in use, please switch off lights, air conditioners, televisions, and other electrical appliances. Your cooperation helps reduce unnecessary energy consumption and supports environmental sustainability.

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS

Before leaving, please:

1. Turn off all lights, air conditioners, televisions, and other electrical appliances.

2. Leave the house in a reasonably clean and organized condition.

3. Return any moved furniture or objects to their original locations.

4. Dispose of all trash in the designated collection area.

5. Inform us of any damaged, broken, or malfunctioning items so our team can arrange repairs or replacements.

6. Notify us in advance of your expected departure time so we can coordinate the property inspection and key return according to the unit's procedures.
