# House Rules, Condominium Rules and Check-out Instructions

We want your experience to be peaceful, comfortable, and special from beginning to end. To ensure the well-being of all guests and good coexistence within the condominium, please carefully review the guidelines below.

## Check-in and Check-out

Check-in: from 3:00 PM.

Check-out: our standard check-out time is by 11:00 AM. If you would like to check out later, we can check the possibility according to operational availability on the date. Late check-out is only available with prior confirmation.

## 1. House Rules

* Smoking: smoking is not permitted inside the property, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and other enclosed areas, or in the common areas of the building.

* Property care: please use the property with care and respect, taking care of the furniture, linens, towels, kitchenware, and equipment throughout your stay.

* Toilets: do not flush toilet paper, sanitary products, tissues, wipes, or any other items down the toilet. Please use the bins provided in the bathrooms.

* Balconies and outdoor areas: do not hang clothes, towels, or other objects on balconies, windows, façades, fences, or other visible outdoor areas. Please use the designated areas only.

* Pool: glassware is not permitted in the pool or outdoor areas. Food and beverages may not be consumed inside the pool.

* Parties and events: unauthorized parties, events, and gatherings are not permitted.

* Visitors: visitors are not permitted during the stay.

## 2. Operating Hours

* Gym: 5:00 AM to 11:00 PM.

* Pool: 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Closed on Mondays.

* Kids' Area: 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

* Game Room: 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

## 3. Conduct and Coexistence

* Quiet hours: please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. The use of sound systems must comply with local laws and the condominium's internal rules. After 10:00 PM, please keep noise to a minimum and avoid disturbing neighbors.

* Elevators: use the elevators in an orderly manner and respect the maximum capacity.

* Children: children must always be accompanied by a responsible adult, especially in common areas, the pool, and leisure areas.

## 4. Parking and Access

* Vehicles: vehicles must remain only in the parking spaces authorized and previously registered for access.

* Access: please follow the instructions provided by the security staff and comply with the condominium's circulation rules.

## 5. Safety and Cleanliness

* Trash: dispose of trash in the appropriate bins and keep the property and common areas clean.

* Maintenance: please report any problems or maintenance needs to our team.

* Security: keep doors and windows properly closed and locked whenever you leave the property.

## 6. Prohibited Activities

* Pets are not allowed.

* Smoking is prohibited inside the property and in the common areas of the building.

* Parties and events are not allowed.

* Visitors are not allowed.

## 7. Linen Rules

Please pay special attention to the use of the linens provided, including towels, bed linen, blankets, and other items available during your stay.

* Avoid using the linens in ways that may cause permanent stains, such as contact with makeup, tanning products, hair dyes, food, wine, or chemical products.

* Items that are stained, torn, burned, or otherwise damaged may result in a charge starting at R$ 50 per item, depending on the type and extent of the damage.

## 8. Fines and Penalties

Failure to comply with the house or condominium rules may result in a warning, charges for any damages, and fines ranging from R$ 200 to R$ 2,500, in addition to any applicable condominium fines, depending on the nature of the violation.

The condominium may also apply its own rules and penalties in the event of non-compliance with its internal regulations.

# Check-out Instructions

At the end of your stay, we kindly ask you to follow these guidelines:

1. Turn off all lights, air conditioners, TVs, and other electrical appliances.

2. Leave the property in an acceptable general state of organization and cleanliness.

3. Return furniture and other objects to their original places if they were moved during your stay.

4. Dispose of all trash in the designated collection areas.

5. Report any damaged or broken items, or anything requiring maintenance, so our team can arrange the necessary replacement or repair.

6. Inform us in advance of your expected departure time so we can coordinate the inspection and key return according to the property's procedures.

Our goal is to provide a pleasant, safe, and well-maintained stay for everyone. These rules are in place to preserve the property, respect the condominium's routine, and ensure that every guest has a comfortable and peaceful experience.
