### Check-in & Check-out

**Check-in:** From 3:00 PM.

**Check-out:** Our standard check-out time is by 11:00 AM. If you would like to check out later, we can check whether this is possible depending on operational availability on your departure date. Late check-out is always subject to prior confirmation.

### House Rules

1. Smoking is not permitted inside the house, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and other enclosed areas.

2. Please use the house with care and respect, taking care of the furniture, linens, kitchenware, appliances, and equipment throughout your stay.

3. If you use the barbecue or outdoor gourmet area, please leave the space clean and in suitable condition after use.

4. Do not flush toilet paper, sanitary products, tissues, wipes, or any other items down the toilet. Please always use the trash bins provided in the bathrooms.

5. To preserve the appearance of the house and condominium, do not hang clothes, towels, or other items on balconies, windows, façades, fences, or other visible outdoor areas. Please use the designated areas only.

6. Glassware is not permitted in the pool or outdoor areas. Eating or drinking inside the pool is also not permitted.

7. Unauthorized parties, events, or gatherings are not permitted.

8. Visitors are not permitted without prior authorization and registration with the condominium’s front desk/security.

9. Failure to comply with the house or condominium rules may result in a warning, charges for any resulting damage, and fines ranging from **R$200 to R$2,500**, in addition to any condominium-imposed fine, depending on the nature of the violation.

### Condominium Etiquette

1. Please respect the common areas, as well as other guests, residents, and condominium staff.

2. The use of sound systems must always comply with local laws and the condominium’s internal rules. After **10:00 PM**, it is essential to keep noise to a minimum and avoid any disturbance to neighbors.

3. Children must always be accompanied by a responsible adult, especially in common areas, swimming pools, sports courts, and other leisure areas.

4. Vehicles must remain only in the parking spaces permitted and previously registered for access.

5. The condominium may apply its own rules and penalties in case of violations of its internal regulations.

### Linen Rules

Please pay special attention to the proper use of the linens provided, including towels, bed sheets, blankets, and other items made available during your stay.

Please avoid using the linens in situations that may cause permanent stains, such as makeup, tanning products, hair dye, food, wine, or chemical products.

Stained, torn, burned, or otherwise damaged items may result in a charge starting at **R$50 per item**, depending on the type and extent of the damage.

### Responsible Energy Use

Please use electricity responsibly throughout your stay. Remember to turn off lights, air conditioning, and other electrical appliances whenever they are not needed.

### Check-out Instructions

At the end of your stay, please kindly follow these guidelines:

1. Turn off lights, air conditioners, TVs, and other appliances.

2. Leave the house in an acceptable general state of organization and cleanliness.

3. Return furniture and other objects to their original places if they were moved during your stay.

4. Dispose of all trash in the designated collection areas.

5. Inform us of any damaged or broken item or anything requiring maintenance so our team can arrange the necessary replacement or repair.

6. Please inform us in advance of your expected departure time so we can coordinate the inspection and key return according to the procedures for the property.
