# House Rules and Guest Guidelines

We want your stay to be comfortable, relaxing, and special from beginning to end.

To ensure everyone’s well-being and maintain a pleasant environment within the property and condominium, we kindly ask you to read and follow the guidelines below.

## Check-in and Check-out

**Check-in:** From 2:00 PM.

**Check-out:** By 12:00 PM.

If you would like to check out later, we can check whether this is possible based on operational availability on your departure date. Late check-out is always subject to prior confirmation.

## House Rules

1. Smoking is not permitted inside the house, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and other enclosed areas.

2. Please treat the property with care and respect, taking good care of the furniture, linens, towels, kitchenware, and appliances throughout your stay.

3. If you use the barbecue or gourmet area, please leave the space clean and in good condition after use.

4. Do not flush toilet paper, sanitary products, wet wipes, or any other items down the toilet. Please use the bins provided in the bathrooms.

5. To preserve the appearance of the property and condominium, do not hang clothes, towels, or other items over balconies, windows, façades, fences, or in visible outdoor areas. Please use designated drying areas.

6. Glassware is not permitted in the pool area or other outdoor areas. Eating and drinking inside the pool are also prohibited.

7. Unauthorized parties, events, and gatherings are not permitted.

8. Visitors are not allowed without prior authorization and registration with the condominium’s security or front desk.

9. Failure to comply with the house or condominium rules may result in a warning, charges for any damage caused, and fines ranging from **R$200 to R$2,500**, in addition to any applicable condominium fines, depending on the nature of the violation.

## Condominium Guidelines

1. Please respect the common areas, other guests, residents, and condominium staff.

2. Sound systems and music must comply with local laws and the condominium’s rules. After 10:00 PM, quiet hours must be observed, and noise that may disturb neighbors should be avoided.

3. Children must always be accompanied by a responsible adult, especially in common areas, swimming pools, sports courts, and other recreational facilities.

4. Vehicles may only be parked in designated spaces authorized for the reservation and listed in the access registration.

5. The condominium may impose its own rules, penalties, and fines in the event of violations of its internal regulations.

## Linen and Towel Policy

Please take special care when using all linens and textiles provided during your stay, including towels, bed sheets, blankets, and other items.

Avoid using these items in ways that may cause permanent stains or damage, particularly
