We are located at Marceneiro Beach, approximately 95 km from Maceió Airport and 165 km from Recife Airport. The road on both routes is peaceful. If you're coming from Recife, you can either take the highway or cross the calm river by ferry in Japaratinga, with a crossing distance of just 500 meters (check availability online). To get around the region, we recommend renting a car, as there are several stunning beaches within a 20 km radius. Alternatively, taxis, motorbikes, and local drivers are available.

Road Conditions: The main road to the entrance of Marceneiro Beach is paved. The final unpaved stretch leading to the house may have uneven sections, so it’s important to drive carefully.

About the place

Our house at Marceneiro Beach is simply perfect for those looking to relax and fully enjoy the coast. In addition to the private pool and barbecue area, you can enjoy the incredible sea view directly from the bedroom balcony. There are two air-conditioned suites, each with a queen-size bed, plus an extra single mattress available in each room. The kitchen is fully equipped so you can prepare your favorite meals.

To make your stay even better, there are two bicycles available for exploring the area, and you're literally just steps away from the beach, which is super calm and almost exclusive. Everything is designed to make you feel at home—with the ocean right in front of you!

Right in front of Casa Esmeralda, you'll find Pousada Marceneiro, which offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There are also restaurants, markets, and pharmacies just a 5-minute drive away. In Vilinha Marceneiro, you'll find breakfast and dinner options—definitely worth checking out. On the beach, a 5-minute walk away, there’s the best spot in the area, with beach huts serving food and drinks for your convenience.

The beach is less than a minute's walk away. The little church (Capela dos Milagres) is about an 8 to 12-minute walk along the beach, leaving from the back. By car, it takes only 5 minutes. Essentially, everything you need is within a 5 to 7-minute drive or walk.

6. Glassware is prohibited on the balcony/pool area; avoid eating or drinking in the pool.

7. Violation of these rules is subject to fines ranging from R$200 to R$1,500.

* Linen Rules: We kindly ask for special care when using the linens, avoiding improper use that could cause stains. * Check-out Time: Our usual check-out time is 11 AM, but you may request a later check-out, subject to schedule availability.

* Check-out Instructions:

1. Turn off all lights, A/C units, and TVs when leaving the unit.

2. Leave the space in an acceptable level of cleanliness. Return any moved furniture to its original place. Notify us of any damage or breakages during your stay, as we will conduct a final inspection upon your departure.

3. Dispose of all trash before leaving.

4. Inform us of your planned departure time for key collection.
