General notes

We are located in the central area of Praia do Patacho (2 minutes by car), exactly 120 km from Maceió Airport and 190 km from Recife Airport. The roads in both routes are good. Coming from Recife, you can take the road route or shorten the trip by using the ferry that crosses Japaratinga. The ferry is very safe, the crossing is over a calm river, and the distance is only 500m. The ferry's availability should be checked online. To get around here, we recommend renting a car, as there are so many amazing beaches within a 20 km radius. However, you also have the option to use taxis, mototaxis, and local drivers.

Estamos localizados na parte central da Praia do Patacho, a exatos 120 km do Aeroporto de Maceió e a 190 km do Aeroporto de Recife. A estrada em ambos os trajetos é boa. Vindo de Recife, você pode utilizar o trecho apenas com estrada ou cortar caminho utilizando a balsa que atravessa Japaratinga. A balsa é bem segura, a travessia é sobre um rio calmo e a distância é de apenas 500m. A disponibilidade da balsa deve ser verificada online. Para se deslocar aqui, recomendamos o aluguel de carro, já que há tantas praias incríveis num raio de 20 km. Mas você tem a opção de usar táxi, mototáxi e motoristas da região.

**House and Condominium Rules:**

1. Smoking inside is prohibited.

2. Do not flush paper in the toilets.

3. Pool: Available for use from 9 AM to 10 PM.

4. Absolute silence after 11 PM throughout the condominium.

5. Glassware is prohibited around the pool area.

6. Do not hang clothes/towels on the balcony or windows.

7. Dispose of trash in the nearest trash bin.

8. Turn off all appliances and lights when leaving.

9. Sound and noise: Prohibited in the common areas during the day and throughout the condominium after 11 PM.

10. Linen Rules: Please handle the linens with care to avoid stains. Any damage or stains (e.g., makeup) will incur a fine of R$100 per item.

**Fines:**

- Failure to comply with rules 1 to 10 will incur fines ranging from R$200 to R$1,500.

**Check-out Time:**

Our usual check-out time is 11 AM, but you can request a later check-out based on availability.

**Check-out Instructions:**

1. Upon leaving, turn off the lights, air conditioning, and TVs.

2. Leave the space in acceptable cleaning condition. Reposition any moved furniture. Let us know if anything was damaged or broken during your stay, as we will conduct an inspection upon your departure.

3. Upon departure, please leave the keys at the reception and inform the unit number.
