Maceió Airport (Zumbi dos Palmares):

Approximately 130 km to Villa Naluri, taking around 1h40 to 2 hours by car via the AL-101 North.

Recife Airport (Guararapes):

Also approximately 130 km to Villa Naluri. The drive takes about 2 to 2.5 hours. The route follows BR-101 South to Cabo de Santo Agostinho, then PE-60 to São José da Coroa Grande, and finally AL-101 North to Japaratinga.

1. Linen Use

Please take special care when using the linens to avoid stains. Makeup stains or damage may result in a fine of R\$100 per item.

2. **No Smoking Indoors**

The apartment is equipped with a smoke detector to ensure everyone's safety.

3. **Do Not Flush Paper**

Please use the trash bins in the bathrooms instead of flushing toilet paper.

4. **Quiet Hours After 11 PM**

Respect the condominium’s quiet hours, which are from 11 PM to 7 AM.

5. **Do Not Hang Clothes or Towels on the Balcony or Windows**

Use the indoor drying rack or another appropriate area for drying clothes.

6. **No Glassware in the Balcony or Pool Area**

Food and drinks are not allowed in the pool.

7. **No Loud Personal Music at the Pool**

To maintain a peaceful atmosphere, loud music is not allowed in shared areas.

8. **Condominium Restrictions**

* Do not behave in ways that may harm the condominium’s environment or reputation.

* Do not leave personal items in common areas such as entrances, hallways, or the parking lot.

* It is forbidden to store hazardous or flammable materials in the units or common areas.

* Always dispose of trash in the designated containers. Do not litter in shared spaces.

9. **Use of Common Areas**

* **Gourmet Space:** Not allowed for parties or events. Use must be respectful and quiet, especially after 10 PM.

* **Swimming Pool:** For residents and guests only. Maximum of 6 people per unit. Glass or similar items are not allowed in the pool area. Hours: 9 AM to 8 PM.

* **Gym:** Proper attire is required. Please return equipment to its place after use. Food and drinks are not allowed inside the gym.

**Fines**

Failure to comply with these rules may result in fines ranging from R\$200 to R\$1,500.

**Responsible Energy Use**

Please turn off all appliances and lights before leaving the unit to conserve energy and avoid waste.

**Check-Out Time**

Standard check-out time is 11 AM. Late check-out may be requested and is subject to availability.

**Check-Out Instructions**

1. Turn off all lights, air conditioning units, and TVs.

2. Leave the unit in acceptable condition. Return any moved furniture to its original place. Inform us if anything was damaged or broken, as we will inspect the unit after check-out.

3. Take your trash to the designated bin near the entrance gate.

4. Leave the keys at the front desk and inform them of the unit number.
