Maceió Airport (Zumbi dos Palmares):

Villa Naluri is approximately 130 km from the airport, taking around 1h40 to 2h by car via the AL-101 North highway.

Recife Airport (Guararapes):

Also about 130 km away, the drive to Villa Naluri takes between 2h and 2h30. The route follows BR-101 South to Cabo de Santo Agostinho, continues on PE-60 to São José da Coroa Grande, and then follows AL-101 North to Japaratinga.

How to Get to Villa Naluri from Maceió

Take the AL-101 North. The road is well-paved and clearly marked, making for an easy and pleasant drive.

By Ferry:

1. Linen Use:

Please handle all linens with care and avoid improper use that could cause stains. Any stained (e.g., makeup) or damaged items will incur a R$100 fine per piece.

2. No Smoking Indoors:

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. A smoke detector is installed to ensure everyone’s safety.

3. Do Not Flush Paper Down the Toilet:

Please use the waste bins provided in the bathrooms.

4. Quiet Hours After 11 PM:

Respect the condominium’s quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

5. No Hanging Clothes or Towels on the Balcony/Windows:

Please use the indoor drying rack or other appropriate spaces for drying clothes.

6. No Glassware on the Balcony or in the Pool Area:

Eating or drinking in the pool is not allowed.

7. No Loud Personal Speakers at the Pool:

To maintain a peaceful environment, loud music is not permitted in common areas.

8. General Condominium Restrictions:

Do not behave in ways that could negatively impact the value or well-being of the condominium.

Do not leave personal items in common areas such as entrances, hallways, or parking areas.

Storing dangerous or flammable substances in the units or common areas is strictly prohibited.

Always dispose of trash in the proper bins. Do not litter or leave garbage in inappropriate places.

9. Use of Common Areas:

Gourmet Area:

Not available for parties or events. Use must remain respectful, especially after 10:00 PM, so as not to disturb other residents.

Swimming Pool:

Restricted to residents and guests, with a maximum of 6 people per unit.

Glassware or similar items are not allowed in the pool area.

Opening hours: 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Gym:

Proper attire is required. Please return equipment to its place after use.

Eating or drinking in the gym is not allowed.

Fines:

Failure to comply with these rules may result in fines ranging from R$200 to R$1,500.

Conscious Energy Use:

Please turn off all appliances and lights when leaving the unit to help conserve energy and reduce waste.

Check-out Time:

Standard check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out may be requested and will be granted based on availability.

Check-out Instructions:

Turn off all lights, air conditioning units, and TVs.

Leave the unit in acceptable cleanliness. Return any moved furniture to its original position. Please inform us of any damages or breakages before check-out, as the unit will be inspected upon your departure.

Take out the trash and place it in the bin near the building entrance.

Return the keys to the front gate/security and inform them of your unit number.
